Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada y ubicación
Because there were no reviews we took a chance on this unit. The unit is very nice and the photos are accurate. The plunge pool was a very nice way to cool down after a day spent in the sun. But the highlight for us was the gorgeous rooftop pool(s), and again, the photos are accurate. It's definitely as nice as it looks!The gym, which has only recently opened, was also a great amenity that we used every day, and we usually had it to ourselves.There were some issues though, including some inconsistencies with the listing:- when we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes- there was no shampoo/body wash in either bathroom- the was no iron, ironing board, or toaster- despite what the listing states, this condo does not offer "peaceful seclusion", it is not surrounded by jungle, it is not "minutes from the vibrant heart of town"(it's right in it), and perhaps most importantly, the "sound(s) of nature" is actually a rooster that lives next door and makes his presence known about 20 hours/day. AND, the music is not distant. It is nearby and often continues - loudly - until the very wee hours of the morning. After the first night we used the white noise function on our phone (full blast) and ear plugs.There is no safe in this unit, which was not a bit deal for us because it's on an upper floor and the building itself is very secure. Because we loved the town, and the building was great I'm giving 4 stars. But there are definitely issues.
