El Lindley Place Cottage ha sido completamente restaurado. La ubicación y la casa en sí son exquisitas, con Sourdough Creek justo sobre la cerca trasera, Bogart Park al otro lado del puente y en una calle sin salida a solo 4 cuadras del centro de Bozeman. Simplemente cruce el puente y estará en el mercado semanal de agricultores de Bogart Park, que también alberga la única piscina pública al aire libre de Bozeman, y un gran parque con juegos infantiles y conciertos de bandas de verano.

Lindley Park, sede del Sweet Pea Festival, y los senderos de Pete's Hill y el área de recreación con vista a la ciudad, están a solo dos cuadras más. Y con la Universidad Estatal de Montana y el Museo de las Rocosas a solo 15 cuadras de distancia, ni siquiera tendrá que subirse al auto para disfrutar de los esplendores de la ciudad.

La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y pisos de madera noble bellamente restaurados, cocina nueva, baños y un porche trasero cubierto en el camino hacia el patio completo con una fogata. Las imágenes lo dicen todo, esta casa ha estado en la familia durante tres generaciones y recientemente se ha renovado completamente, por dentro y por fuera. El sótano tiene techos de 8 pies y está lleno de luz natural con grandes ventanales, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, una gran familia con televisores y sofás de cuero y una sala de lavandería con refigerador adicional. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen y una tiene una cama de tamaño completo.

Hay una sala de televisión fuera de la zona de la cocina que también tiene un sofá cama de tamaño completo. El televisor principal está en la planta baja (ambos tienen cable de la Carta) con nuevos sillones reclinables de cuero. La casa cuenta con Charter wifi para un servicio súper rápido y confiable.

El kithen tiene un refrigerador con cajones Euro con dos cajones debajo del mostrador, y hay un refrigerador / congelador grande en el cuarto de lavado de la planta baja.

Cute house in an excellent location. It worked out perfectly for my family of 3 adults moving our son to Bozeman. Off-street parking was a huge help. The location near both the town and Peet's Hill for morning walks was great. The house set-up worked well for us - my husband could work on the main floor while my son and I could relax in the very comfortable family/tv room downstairs. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. All in all, a great find!

Great Location in Bozeman

The Lindley Cottage is a gem. Location is excellent - close to the main street and next door to a park. The house is spacious and well equipped. Lovely back yars. Quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive.

Comfortable home in great location

We enjoyed our stay at Lindley Place. The house was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Host was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the different areas to hang out and relax with the 5 adults in our group. The beds were comfortable and the driveway was well shoveled along with paths to the deck and back gate. We really appreciated that because there was 2-3 feet of snow at the time.

Lovely neighborhood

My boys and I enjoyed this spacious cottage located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to downtown Bozeman. The house had a nice kitchen for cooking and also plenty of living space for these teenagers to stretch out. The beds and pillows were comfortable- a big plus! We enjoyed the proximity to walking paths (right out the back door). The house was warm during our snowy stay. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

We booked this property at the very last minute, and I cannot believe how lucky we were to find it. First, you can easily walk from the house to the downtown area, which is great for making dining reservations and shopping. The house itself has been painted, so it’s more of a light tan and definitely not pink/purple. The house has excellent amenities and space. The floors on the main level do squeak quite a bit, which makes sense as it is an area left home. If you have a light sleeper, I would suggest letting them sleep on the main floor versus the basement. The house is also right next to a creek and community park area. I would highly recommend this property. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful location

This is a great location if you want to be close to downtown. There is plenty of space to hang out in large groups both inside and outside. We wished there was tea in the kitchen and lotion in the bathrooms, but overall, we had a wonderful time being back in Bozeman and within walking distance of almost everwhere we wanted to go in town.

A perfect place for a family

Our family of five, including three children (ages 10, 11, and 12), absolutely loved our stay here. The house was well-equipped with everything we could need and was conveniently located, walking distance from just about every restaurant and store in downtown Bozeman. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect -- wonderful communication before our trip, and lots of helpful information while we were there. We are so grateful and hope to return sometime soon!

Amazing location, incredibly spacious and clean, excellent communication with Host!

We LOVED our stay in this beautifully maintained home in a Historic Bozeman neighborhood. Walking trails and parks adjacent to home, incredibly clean and well-stocked, basement rooms stayed nice and cool, dined on the deck most days, Host was amazingly responsive while booking and during our stay. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again some day.

Graduation gathering

House was great for a graduation celebration with family. Large kitchen, dining room, living room and downstairs family room allowed lots of room to spread out. Located on nice street backing up to beautiful creek and park. House had everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic house for winter stay

We enjoyed the historic downtown location and proximity to Main St. The house was a great size for our group, and it was in fantastic shape. The special baked goods treats from Gabby were an extra special touch. Would love to return!

Perfect home base for a visit to my son

I could not have been happier with my stay at the beautiful Bozeman Cottage! I was in Bozeman for the week to visit my son, and the cottage provided the perfect homey, comfortable atmosphere for our visit. Paul and his crew were so helpful the first day as my flight was cancelled and I ended up having to check in very late. After a very long trip, I was so happy to walk into this lovely space, newly renovated with so many thoughtful touches. The place was immaculate, the bed super comfy with really nice sheets, the claw-foot soaking tub and spacious shower with great hot water and pressure were much appreciated, and I slept like a log in this very quiet neighborhood. I had arrived in the dark, and when I got up, after making a great pot of coffee with the tasty local beans provided, I was delighted by the lovely backyard that backs up to stream, which was the constant background sound for my many hours spent relaxing in the yard and on the back deck with my son and his friends. I was able to host several dinners for them all, using the incredibly well-appointed kitchen, the gas grill, and the fire pit near the river (full moon provided as well!). As it was just me staying there, I didn't even use the huge downstairs bedroom and TV area, but am looking forward to returning with my husband and more family, so we can spread out into this super cozy part of the house as well. As a single guest, using the main floor only felt just the right size, plenty of room, but still cozy to be by myself. The location of the cottage was incredible!! A 5-minute walk brought me to the Main Street for great shopping and dinners with my son, and walking in any direction among the tree-lined streets of charming houses provided endless interest. Best of all, it was a 5-minute walk across the stream, through a park, and up to the trails on Peet's Hill, where I walked every day in the late afternoon for several miles, catching the "golden hour" before sunset. What a treat that was, so nearby. So, all in all, a perfect stay, and we absolutely plan to make this our home base while our son is out in Montana. I can't wait to return! Thank you all for providing a wonderful retreat in Bozeman!

Incredible!

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect! Great deck and back yard. We ate outside every meal and sat around the fire a number of evenings. Bedrooms were quiet and very conducive to good sleep. We hope to stay here again!

Cannot Beat the Location

Our family of 5 had an amazing time in Bozeman. This cottage was perfect for us. The basement bedrooms were very cool at night. There were lots of little spaces for the children to play. But the location was the best feature of all. We loved being close to the little creek, playground, market, library and downtown. We walked to everything. Our time here was sensational. Can't wait to come back!
