You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.
A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
Front Desk Hours of Operation are 7am-11pm. After hours check in available, however all request will need to be held until 7am the following morning. Pets are not permitted.
Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. resort's front desk is open from 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Guests checking in after 11 p.m. will need to contact the resort for instructions.
Resort amenities are available, except where prohibited by state or local mandate. Please note: Kids Clubs are temporarily closed.
