Casa perfecta para dos familias. Sonido y vistas al mar. Dos Maestros. Ascensor.

Three By the Sea fue construido en 2012 y está bellamente decorado con los toques adecuados para que se sienta como en casa. Nuestra casa duerme cómodamente 10 con cuatro dormitorios y tres baños y medio. Baños ubicados en cada piso. Mucho espacio para dos familias ya que tenemos dos dormitorios principales con sus propios baños separados.

Estamos ubicados en una gran comunidad para que los niños anden en bicicleta, en patinete o exploren el muelle del vecindario. La casa está ubicada al lado de la piscina comunitaria, conveniente para padres con niños. ¡Nada mejor después de un largo día en la playa que nadar en la piscina! El grupo de la comunidad está abierto desde aproximadamente el Día de los Caídos hasta el Día del Trabajo.

Nuestra casa tiene magníficas vistas del océano y del amanecer en un lado de la casa en la mañana y el atardecer en el otro por la tarde desde una de las 6 cubiertas.

Estamos a solo 4 minutos a pie de la playa.

No se preocupe por llevar esas valijas y maletas pesadas porque nuestra casa tiene un elevador.

Great place to stay

Only there for a few days but everything was wonderful, the house was very nice, kitchen was very spacious, and the walk to the beach was not out of the way for a 2nd/3rd row house.

Fantastic property and wonderful location! Loved all the common spaces for relaxing with the family, especially the wonderful decks! Close walks to both the beach and a dock on sound side. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Perfect place for two families

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space to accommodate two families with no problem. Home was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Everything you need

We loved staying at this house. Very close walk to the beach, beautiful view and boardwalk to the sound and the house had everything we needed for two families with young children. We will definitely be back!

Great time!

We had a great time while staying here. The neighborhood is awesome with the dock and pool. Kids had a blast exploring. The beach was an easy walk and really nice. Home owners were easy to reach as needed and home was nicely appointed. Thanks for a great stay, see you next year!

Surf City

We really enjoyed our stay! The elevator is a lifesaver for luggage and groceries. The dock provided great fishing, good conversation with neighbors, and beautiful sunsets. Location of the house was perfect, the community was quiet and relaxing, and an easy walk to the beach.

Quiet, clean and perfect location

This house was great and exactly as pictured. Clean spacious and everything worked perfect! The elevator was so nice to have for luggage and groceries. The hosts were friendly and very informative on instructions for the house. We are so thankful we found this for our family vacation this year.

Absolutely amazing

This place was in the perfect location, near town, the pier and beach. It was beautiful with great views, and had plenty of space for the kids who really enjoyed the pool (which was never crowded) and riding the elevator. It was very turn key and made our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive even though we had no issues whatsoever. Great rental, thanks to the hosts!

Relaxing week at a comfortable and well appointed home

We had a great week visiting topsail and staying at this comfortable and well appointed home. The home has a great layout, the elevator was extremely handy for unpacking and repacking. Chad was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

3rd Annual Family Vacation At Three by the Sea

This was our 3rd vacation in a row in this home and I hope many more. Great house, great owners and great time. Close walk to the beach and the dock in the sound is a big favorite. Bring or rent kayaks and paddle boards if you like and bring fishing and crabbing equipment. The owners keep in touch and make sure everything is good. Also has elevator for us old folks! Community pool in the center of the complex.

Perfect Spot!

We had our full family here and it had everything we needed; boogie boards, beach chairs, washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen supplies and even a high chair and pack and play which was so helpful. The space was perfect; balconies everywhere, quite space for people when our kids got too loud, elevator was awesome for unloading. The owner was so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. The walk to the beach was very easy, even with a load of stuff! Would come back here again.

Great stay at Coastal Cay

Third year in a row on Coastal Cay and the second year at 112. The owners are great people and take good care of the property. The elevator really helps with heavy bags and store runs. The younger folks appreciate the pool and spending time on the pier fishing and taking out their kayak and paddle boards. I hope we’ll be there again next year. Just have to get everyone’s schedule straight.
