La ubicación es fantástica! A poca distancia de Schlitterbahn, Río Comal y Shoot Tube. A poca distancia de pintorescos restaurantes que sirven comida. Cerca de las tiendas del centro, la panadería de Naegelin, Antigüedades. Gruene está a 10 minutos. Gruene Hall es una visita obligada!

Friends Visit

The house was wonderful. Love the bedroom arrangement with easy access to both restroom. Was surprised there was no bath soap and no salt /pepper in kitchen. That being said, it was warm and inviting home with nice patio area for morning coffee and evening drinks. We had a wonderful visit. Looking forward to booking again

Great stay!

Stayed at this location because we could walk to Wurstfest. Also took in a Longhorn (hook em) game and went to Fredericksburg. House was clean and spacious with a lovely patio. Neighborhood was quiet with several deer roaming around. Thank you Jim and Zelda!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was exactly as listed and super comfortable and clean! Very convenient to all the attractions in New Braunfels! So neat to see deer in the front yard and behind the garage in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Great experience

The house was super cozy and clean! The location was great because it is only minutes away from all of the restaurants and the tourism spots. Nelda was amazing! She answered any questions that we had and made sure we had a comfortable trip!

Great location!

Perfect location to tubing and downtown. Great private outdoor space in the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked. We had some minor issues with sink and smoke alarm but had great communication with Nelda quickly. Overall recommend if you are wanting a house within walking distance to all things NB!

The property was perfect for us, we enjoyed cooking big meals, hanging out in the yard, and loved the king size beds. Nelda was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend this VRBO!

Cute house in New Braunfels

We had a great time at this cute house with our adult kids and spouses. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio and seeing the deer. The house is charming and just the right size for 3 couples. The location is convenient to dining, Schlitterbahn, tubing, or any other fun activity in the Hill Country.

Lovely home, great location, good communication.

This is the perfect spot in this town for a long weekend and it is hard to find a rental with all king beds, and they are all comfortable. Good communication with property manager. Highly recommend.

Cozy and comfortable home

Nelda and Jim were great hosts. The house was well stocked and the bedrooms very comfortable. We walked to and from Wurstfest which was about 1 mile. Highly recommend.

Long Weekend in NB

3 friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in New Braunfels, and this place was fantastic. It was spacious, and the furnishings are very comfortable. It is a perfect location if you're floating the river, going to Schlitterbahn, or headed to the Comal County Fairgrounds. It is also close to all the shopping and food in "downtown" New Braunfels. The house was clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Tubing and Schlitterbahn

This home is perfect for a family/friends looking to enjoy the local water activities and the nice downtown areas of New Braunfels. It’s located within easy walking distance of schlitterbahn and the local tubing activities. We found the home to be comfortable and exactly as described. River float/Gruene

3 couples stayed at this property during our trip to the area. Plenty of room for 6 adults! We enjoyed that each couple had a comfortable King size bed and private bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic supplies we needed. The backyard was lovely and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We saw deer in the front yard every evening... Right in town! That speaks to how peaceful the area is. We walked to the river to float. The house has great proximity to Schlitterbahn and to Float In. It was easy to get an Uber each night for a short drive to Gruene, which I highly recommend for dinner and live music. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of this home. Nelda was a joy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend this property!! Excellent!!

We bought this house because at the time some of my family had houses on the same street and we would all get together and float the Comal, and then cook together.
These are great memories.

The house has a nice floor plan with the master bedroom/bath on one side of the house and the other 2
bedrooms /bath on the other side. The location is really ideal where the action is, yet quiet. The Texas decor is a delight to our guests.
