Residence 771 is a private residence located within the Four Seasons Resort in Teton Village; however, it is independently managed and not affiliated with the Four Seasons Resort. As part of your stay, a mandatory resort fee of $325 per day will be collected by Outpost at the time of booking. This fee is required for all reservations at this property and grants access to the pool, hot tub, spa facilities, and fitness center.

Please note that upon check-in at the Four Seasons front desk, you will be required to provide a credit card for any incidental charges or optional services they may offer, based on their availability. These may include, but are not limited to, housekeeping or turndown services. These optional services are not covered by Outpost and are not included in the daily resort fee.
