This place was incredible! From the moment the kids walked inside they were impressed with this house. It was immaculate with gorgeous furniture and decorations. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved all the little touches like each bed had 2 rolled towels on them when we arrived which made it feel extra special. The master bathroom was incredible.The kitchen was stocked to the gills! There was nothing that we could think of that wasn't there. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The downstairs had a pool table which everyone was excited to play. There was even karaoke. There was also a welcome packet waiting for us with things to do and other important info. Some other comments I saw mentioned the busy street but it wasn't bad at all. The driveway was big enough that we were able to K turn our minivan and not have to back out. The owner was amazing with communication! They checked in on us several times during the stay t make sure everything was going well and were very easy to get a hold of. This house really made us feel like home and I would not hesitate to book again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Beautiful Property - Showing Some Wear

It’s a beautiful property - lots of room. Some items in the him are showing wear. Didn’t understand why some beds only had pillows with decorative pillow covers instead of pillows with regular pillow covers on them. Very comfortable beds - firm. Location isn’t great - on a busy street. But food market and gas station close by. The backyard needs some tender loving care. The porch is nice.

Amazing house with lots of room

The house was fantastic. It was MUCH bigger than it appeared in the photos. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. Beds were very firm. Patio was very pleasant. pleasant.

Relatively Close to Everything

The house is big and spacious. Tall ceilings and good space for a large family. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room to hangout together or have our own space. The home can easily accommodate families of 8 with the space. Only thing we were missing was the ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it can get rather warm in the bedrooms, which are located on the 2nd level, during the day in the heat of summer. The place was clean and well kept. They do have a high chair and play pen for families with babies/toddlers. The backyard was beautiful, but we didn’t use it as we spend most of the day outside the home. It’s also a smart home and they have QR codes giving you access to services like DoorDash. The home is easily accessible as it’s on a main road. This can also be a con, as it’s a very busy and heavy trafficked road. I suggest you pull in during the day, but back in at night when it’s easier to maneuver on the road. All the main attractions and tourist areas are about 10-15 miles (16-24 km) from the home which is about 10-15 minutes without traffic. We averaged about 40-45 minutes due to the heavy traffic due to the ongoing construction and congestion of the city. All in all, it’s a great home and the property management is EXTREMELY responsive! There’s a guidebook that gives you important information and if you don’t find the answer you need within it, they will respond to your message within 5-10 minutes of submission. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Property description inaccurate - would not stay again

The property description is inaccurate and the property is not cared for. Issues we had include the following: -1-2 foot high grass and weeds in entire yard. This was mowed during our last day, it then resulted in piles of grass and trash left in the yard -Half of the light bulbs are burned out or flicker -all but one toilet seat is loose, moving around on toilet -Heat vent in kitchen area broke with hole in it -Front door steps has NO railing with LOOSE concrete blocks - causing one of our group to stumble and fall down steps -Upstairs bathroom toilet makes loud noise when flushed - loud enough to wake up the dead -First description on website states “all new furniture “ which is not true. The furniture is greatly used and some falling apart. You may want to be more honest -The movie room equipment was not useable and sound was disconnected. Additionally there were holes punched in the wall to run the AV cables in that room. -Drain cover in master bath is not attached to floor -Magnifying mirror in master bath is not attached to base and repeatedly falls off -Sink drain in master bath drains extremely slow -Dirty sheets/towels left in pile on top of washer. Lint screen for dryer was not cleaned which can cause a fire -Trash cans were almost full when we got here -The property was either recently sold or on the market to sale. The listing papers are in a cabinet in the kitchen, which speaks to the lack of care for the property and tenants

Great place to stay with family.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was large spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool table, ping pong and gym downstairs. Communication from owner was great as well. It’s a little further out from downtown than I expected but still a great place. Would stay again.

Excellent space, fantastic communication!

This house was an amazing space for our group of 7! All bathrooms had at least a shower (3 of 4 had tub and shower) so the residents of every bedroom got to pick their own bathroom for the week and it worked great! The house is very clean & had all the amenities you could hope for, plus the downstairs had pool/ping pong, and a full array of exercise/workout equipment! Communication with Richard (property manager) was excellent and we got quick responses and reminders! Currently there is a lot of road construction in Toronto, so our commutes were longer than anticipated, but road work happens everywhere! Very quick to/from the airport! This was an excellent place to stay for our family vacation!!!

Beautiful Home

We had everything we needed for a large family. The large screen TVs and pool/ping pong table were a hit with the kids! Close to the lake with central highway access.
