Hermoso apartamento contemporáneo ubicado directamente en el río Elk con acceso al agua a todos los puntos de la bahía. La zona es rica en pesca, pesca de cangrejos y deportes acuáticos con vela, esquí acuático, kayak y paseos en lancha motora como pasatiempos populares. Magníficas vistas son impresionantes durante todo el año. A minutos de la I-95 y aproximadamente 50 minutos a la misma distancia entre Baltimore y el aeropuerto de Filadelfia. Paseos en bote, caminatas, campamentos, compras, antigüedades y un casino a 20 millas. Hay parques estatales en todas las direcciones.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy waterfront retreat! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the Elk River with absolutely stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Communication with the host was helpful, friendly, and always timely, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful getaway!

Cindy, the host, was extremely communicative and friendly throughout our 2 night stay, we appreciate the little touches she added throughout her home, it made the stay feel warm and enchanting. This was the most relaxing home we have stayed in through Vrbo! This was extremely well taken cared for, and shows a lot of love was put into the home. We appreciate that this little oasis exists not too far away from our home and we will be back again!

Cindy has an amazing place that is exactly what we needed to disconnect from the city and really be immersed in the outdoors. She had so many areas outside that can be used including but not limited to a fire pit. She also has so many amazing kitchen appliances that really makes it easy to cook all meals on the property. Highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful bungalow on a private, river front road. Well appointed furnishings with everything you could possibly need. Clean and well kept. The view from the backyard is spectacular, especially at sunset. It also offers great access to the water. It is well situated as a home base with stores, restaurants, bars, and water tours all within 15-30 minutes. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a fabulous time!

Gorgeous location. Great spot for relaxing. My 17 year old loved the kayaking and my husband loved the bird watching. Host is very attentive and devoted to guests having a peaceful experience. Highly recommend for 2-3 adults!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for several days and had a fantastic stay. The property was spotless and we loved spending our time on the comfortable seating outside gazing at the water and the incredible sunsets. We cannot wait to come back again!

Relaxed and refreshed!

This getaway was a Father’s Day gift for my Amazing husband. This space is perfect for a couple, lots of kitchen tools to cook with, great nuwave oven and a beautiful spa-like bathroom. We really loved the property, as did our fur baby! My husband fished, and I relaxed in the super comfy swinging chair. Was too hot to take advantage of the kayaks but the whole point was to relax which we did! I walked the neighborhood each morning, roads were quiet and neighbors were friendly. Don’t hesitate to book! The sunset was so beautiful too! We loved it!!

Beautiful little oasis

We absolutely loved our stay in Elkton. Beautiful views of the water and very quiet and tranquil. The apartment was clean, very nicely set up, and had everything we needed.

Perfect waterside retreat

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Cindy’s property. It was a perfect retreat for a few days on the water. Her home is quiet and the yard and patio spaces are particularly great. There are many outdoor spaces to sit, have a cup of coffee, curl up and enjoy a book or unwind with a glass of wine. Nearby Chesapeake City had some great dinner options in a cute town and we enjoyed exploring Elk Neck State Park for a nature walk and the beach. It was an added bonus we could bring our dog! Although the property is a private access ground level (seperate space)- there is house upstairs. We, however did not see or hear anyone else during our stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment is fully equipment with everything you could want but a dishwasher. Furniture is modern and comfortable and the environment is well kept. There has been much effort taken in the development of the landscaping to provide inviting plush spaces surrounded by flowering trees, annuals and perennials. There's a peach tree and an asian pear in the front and in the many potted plants I try to keep herbs to share. Home like setting with multiple outdoor sitting areas for reading or peaceful bird watching.
