Great Sunriver

Easy check in & stayed with an extended family group. It was quiet & peaceful & close to the lodge area. We enjoyed morning walks along the bike path.

Wonderful home, unique older architecture

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home has lots of charm, it is older and will really shine when the carpet, decks and bedrooms get a makeover. We loved the kitchen most.

This home worked really well for our extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a private space and the large kitchen and living room area easily fit our group for meals and social times. The location was perfect—it’s just a quick walk to the Village but it was on a dead-end street in a very quiet area of Sunriver. The bike path was accessible directly from the property too. Thank you for sharing your home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 5 Fairway Lane and had a good experience overall, especially for a large family gathering.The location is outstanding—right next to the golf course, with peaceful water and airport views, and stunning sunsets. It’s also conveniently situated on a popular walking and biking path, just a short walk (about 1⁄2 mile) to the main lodge and a mile to the Village.The home is spacious and full of character, originally built in 1977 by one of Sunriver’s early homebuilders. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen featuring updated appliances.The great room and dining area are vaulted and full of natural light, that showcases the water view. There are 2 decks with great views. One is off the kitchen with a table for 6. The other is larger but lacks any furniture. All the bedrooms are large. The beds felt new and were comfortable. However, the bathroom setup is a bit unconventional: there are 3.5 bathrooms, but only 2 showers. One bathroom has only a tub, and the two downstairs King bedrooms share a large bathroom. A few other notes:• The large indoor lap pool was under renovation during our stay, and it was unclear if it would be available for future renters• The garage has a brand-new ping pong table, which was a hit, but the bikes were inaccessible and outdated• We had a small maintenance issue that was addressed promptlyPros:• Fantastic location and views• Spacious layout, great for families• Comfortable, updated beds• Well-equipped kitchenConsiderations:• Limited showers and no ensuite bathrooms• Pool availability uncertain• Outdated and inaccessible bikes• Add furniture to the large rear deck for outside enjoyment of the great views • No hot tubFinal Thoughts:We were very happy with our stay, especially given the genero
