Located in the heart of Corona Del Mar, you're only minutes from local dining, charming cafés, boutique shopping, and popular attractions along Pacific Coast Highway. Our spacious and stylish residence where coastal sunsets are just steps away. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room. This home is thoughtfully designed to host families and groups alike.
Our home is one of two units in a two unit building and is located on the ground floor. The property includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), outdoor fire-pit and dining area, with shared in unit Laundry.

Parking: You are provided one designated space in the two‑car garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
