Welcome to our spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that can sleep 12! This property features modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, fenced backyard, and ample space to relax and unwind! You will love the location! We are just minutes from dining options, and less than 15 minutes from LSU! We hope you enjoy the best of Baton Rouge during your stay. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table with four chairs, and a SmartTV. Left of the front entrance is the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with an additional dining table with five chairs. We provide essential kitchenware items to assist with meal preparation during your stay!
Left off the living room is a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two full beds, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has two full beds. The second full bathroom is in this hallway and has a shower/tub combination.
Through the living room is a small office nook with a desk and chair- perfect for those working remotely or studying.
Head out back to enjoy our spacious backyard, complete with a shaded pergola and charcoal grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
