As soon as you walk into the apartment, you will notice the ample floor space, open floor plan, and great views from the large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Head to the living room and plop down on one of the cozy couches as you gaze out of the windows and watch the waves crash in the distance. You can also turn on the large, flat screen TV and choose your favorite flick or Netflix show to watch while you chill out after a long day of shredding up the white surfing waves.

For those bookworms who want to finish their latest novel during their relaxing getaway, sit in the plush chair and prop your feet up on the coffee table as you read the last chapter of the riveting story. We guarantee the lighting in the living room and the sounds of the breeze outside is the perfect backdrop to reading and focusing on your book.

Sounds good, doesn't it? We think so too! Our condo is located in the best spot for exploring the coastline and the bustling nightlife on foot.

Feeling a bit tired after a busy day? We don't blame you! Fortunately, the bedrooms here are plush, cozy, and comfortable, ensuring you and your loved ones always get a full 8 hours of sleep during your vacation. We want to make sure that your guests are always full of energy and ready to explore nearby Panama City Beach, the Believe it or Not Museum, and the local shops!

Our spacious condo features two bedrooms for you to choose from. The master bedroom features a King Size Master Suite with plush bedding, cozy comforters, and fluffy pillows. Lay your head on the soft pillowcase, pull the blanket up to your chin, and dream of the fun you are going to have at the beach the following day. If you are a bit sweaty and sandy after surfing and swimming, you can always hop in the private bath tub or shower before crawling into bed and turning on the 42” HDTV to lull yourself to sleep.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
