Make your escape to paradise! Shores of Panama 1506 is a comfortable studio condo located on the 15th floor at the highly sought-after Shores of Panama Resort. Sophisticated decorations compliment sparkling floor to ceiling windows and tiled floors.

As soon as you walk into the beautiful and immaculately furnished studio, you will notice the size of the space. Typically, studios are crammed and offer little walking room. However, our studio is designed with you in mind. We have a studio that can fit a couch, TV, bed, kitchen appliances, table, and other amenities that make it feel like you are in a huge apartment!

Walking into the studio, guests immediately notice the cozy interior decor, tiled flooring that makes it easy to get the sand off of your sandals, and the massive size of the bed. After a long day of being outside on the beach and getting sun on your face, there is no better way to destress and relax than to jump into bed and turn on the smart TV to watch your favorite show.

If you bring friends over to watch a movie, play a board game, or have a few drinks, they can sit on the spacious couch as you sit at one of the high-top chairs or lay in the bed. The spacious floor plan and ample seating area of this studio makes it feel more like a one-bedroom apartment than a one-room studio. This is THE ideal space for guests if they enjoy spending time in the apartment, having a friend over for dinner, or need to remotely work from the comfort of their own apartment.

Plus, the kitchen is immediately when you walk into the studio, you can sit at the high-top counter space, with three chairs for your two friends who are visiting and have a few drinks while chatting about your day. Open the modern refrigerator to get out some cold beers and finger foods to enjoy with your pals.

If you want to make something fresh for dinner, don't worry — our studio has a spacious kitchen that makes it easy, and fun, for you to cook. Unlike other studios that just have a burner or microwave, our kitchen is fully equipped with a modern microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, oven, and stove, making it easy for you to make anything you want when you spend a night inside.

And we saved the best for last. Not only do you have ample interior space to spread out and relax, but there is outside space to read outside, watch the sunset, or get a glimpse of the bright blue waters in the distance.

One of the main perks of the Shores of Panama apartment is that it is close to all of the nearby attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and outdoor activities. You are just steps away from the beach and the downtown area, making it easy for you to get around on foot with ease.

Not sure what to do during your free time? Well, one of the main draws of people coming to PCB for holiday is obviously the beach and the weather! Head to one of the nearby beaches during your free time, get a table, read a book, and play in the water. If you want to see the natural wildlife and go for a walk to burn off some of those vacation calories, head to the nearby St. Andrews State Park to enjoy swimming in the pristine water, boating with your friends, or camping for a night!

Another fun activity to do during your time in Panama City Beach is to head to the Gulf World Marine Park to view the natural wildlife, check out penguins in their natural habitat, and walk around the tropical garden. There is no better way to spend your day than to educate yourself on the sea life in Florida!

If you would rather eat a nice meal at a restaurant during your holiday, we recommend making a reservation at the Saltwater Grill, Firefly, or Craft 850.

Saltwater Grill is a steak and seafood restaurant that is known for its massive aquarium in the middle of the restaurant. As you eat your steak or perfectly cooked seafood, you can gaze through the glass at the marine wildlife. We recommend getting the Firecracker Shrimp with a sweet and spicy sauce as an appetizer to split with the table. For a main course, try the Snapper Pontchartrain with soft-shelled crab, Grouper Imperial with jumbo lump crab, or the Caribbean Jerk Mahi with pineapple salsa.

If you head to Firefly, you can't go wrong with ordering seafood. This romantic spot is ideal for date night, offering an outdoor vibe and dimly lit exterior that is perfect for setting the mood. We recommend getting the Escargot as an appetizer if you are brave! If not, we guarantee that you will love the flash-fried brussels sprouts, boudin-stuffed quail, or shrimp cocktail with zesty sauce.

Are you a beer lover? If so, head to Craft 850! This craft beer spot is ideal for vacationers who want to experience happy hour, sip on a strong IPA, and get special drink deals. We recommend trying the Destin Ale, Dead Guy Ale from Rogue Ales, Flamingo Party from Proof Brewing Company, or Guava Cider from The California Cider Company. Soak up the beer with shareable pickle fries, a crabcake, Bavarian pretzel, chicken wings, or coconut shrimp.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
