Shores of Panama 1013 is a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo located on the 10th floor. This condo is sure to provide wonderful memories for your family vacation.

This property is equipped with a doorbell camera to monitor access to the condo as well as verify that no under-25 groups are checking in.

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cookware, and most pots/pans one would use to prepare a tasty meal. The bar has seating for 3. There is also a dining table with seating for 4. The dining room and living room are connected by an open floor plan, increasing the atmosphere and space of the entire condo.

The living area has updated and comfortable seating, paired with a large flat-screen TV with HD DirectTV. The sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for 2. The dark couch adds unique styling to the beach condominium, perfect for late nights of watching TV and snuggling on the sofa! Plus, the view from your living room to the balcony and beyond is enticing — you can see the waves crashing on shore from the comfort of your living room.

The oversized balcony has plenty of seating and a wonderful view of the Shores of Panama lagoon pool and the beautiful Gulf of America, Mexico, the ocean, or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call it the Gulf. Head out here in the morning with a cup of coffee to see the bright blue water just meters away from your doorstep!

The master bedroom is truly its own retreat. you will find a king bed with new furnishings and high-end linens. There is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and an attached private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away! Along with being in a super convenient location for those who need to pick up a few necessities at the local shops, you can also head to some of the best outdoor activities in the entire state that are just a stone's throw away.

We recommend checking out the local state parks, filled with hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking paths, and wildlife-watching viewpoints. Never seen one of the local Floridan birds? Do you want to get some exercise while on vacation? This property is situated in an ideal location for those who want to get outside and fit in some exercise.

Plus, you are close to the best areas for water sports in the entire state. You can try your luck at new activities, like snorkeling, fishing, or paddle boarding. Or, if you are an adrenaline junkie, why not try wakeboarding or jet skiing? You can feel the rush of wind on your face and get a tan at the same time!

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
