The spacious covered terrace has a dining area and equipment for darts, the sunny part of the terrace has deckchairs for the sun

Living room has a Smart LCD TV with cable channels, sofa sofa bed sleeping two people , air condition unit, and wood-burning stove.

Kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bedroom is located on the gallery and has comfortable king size bed and air-condition unit.

Second bedroom is located in the attic and has comfortable king size bed.

Bathroom has a bathtub and hair dryer.

You will get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

We also provide free parking spot in the yard of the house.

This is a smoke-free house.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke outside on terrace and in the garden.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check-in time is 2 pm (14:00), check-out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
