By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules:

Checkout: 10:00 AM

🔑 Late Checkout Policy:
Late checkout must be requested 32-48 hours in advance.
❌ 30 Minutes Late: A $100 unauthorized late checkout fee will be applied.
❌ More Than 2 Hours Late: You will be charged for a full extra day at the base rate.
❌ Important: If a guest overstays more than 2 hours, vrbo will be notified for unauthorized overstays, and loss of income may be claimed for the next guest's reservation.

All guests are required to provide ID for any guest over 18 before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.

❌No Bookings Under 21: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property.



• 🚭 No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A $1000 fee applies for any smoking inside & outside the home.

• 🕓 Check-in is after 4 PM, and Check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $75/hour with 24-hour notice.

• 😴 Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

• 👥 Unauthorized Guests: Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will incur a $35 per person, per night fee.

• NO EATING ON COUCHES ❌❌

• 👟 No Shoes: under no circumstances NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON THE 3RD FLOOR ❌

• 🛠️ Damage and Missing Items: Any damaged or missing items will be charged at retail cost through vrbo.

• 🎉 No Parties or Loud Noise: Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in immediate removal without a refund. $500 Party Fine

• 🔑 Lost Key Fee: There is a $50 fee for lost keys.

• 📦 No Mail or Packages: Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages at the property.

• 📹 Security Cameras: Covering or tampering with security cameras will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

• 🧹 Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. If the home is left in disarray, additional charges may apply up to $600


• 🏡 No Extended Stays: The maximum stay is limited to the number of days booked. Unauthorized extensions will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

• 🛑 No Trespassing: Any unauthorized stays beyond the booking period will be considered trespassing, and local authorities will be contacted immediately to handle the situation.


• ⏰ Unauthorized Overstay Policy
Any guest still occupying this property beyond the agreed-upon checkout time shall be deemed an unauthorized overstay. 🚫 You agree in advance to pay a penalty of one day’s rate (without discounts) for any unauthorized overstay.

• 👮🏼‍♂️Security Calls
Guests will be billed $350 per house call for security-related issues. Please ensure compliance with all house rules to avoid unnecessary charges.
