MANHATTANITES LIVE IN SMALL SPACES, BUT NOT HERE! Hotel rooms often barely fit the bed, but you'll sleep in 3 airy bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, large closets and reading lamps. The library becomes a 4th bedroom, with a queen sofa bed and single settee bed. Dedicated closet and shelf space for everyone, too.
Take a 3-minute walk to the A/C/D/B subways, and then it's 12 minutes to Times Square and 25 to Brooklyn, plus easy access to key university, cultural and business areas. Parks within walking distance. Grocery stores and small shops are all a few minutes' walk away. Direct subway connection to JFK and easy subway/bus connection to Laguardia.
Enjoy an EAT-IN KITCHN; library with smart TV; airy livingroom; LAUNDRY; DECK AND GARDEN (rarities in Manhattan).
