Special House close to the sea and the Gironde

The house has three bedrooms (maximum of 6 people). Two bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Two bedrooms and the living room have a door to the verandas. If you like a lot of fresh air, it’s possible to sleep outside. Detailed information can be found on our website: stviviendemedoc.com
There is a hammock in the garden. You will find a small library with two workstations on the mezzanine. Heating in the entire house is under floor heating. There is also a wood burning stove. The house is located in a former vineyard on a half-hectare. In the garden there are: sun loungers, a picnic table, BBQ, a small vineyard and a large lawn to play sports. On the property there is a second house (up to 4 people). The sea (10 km) and the Gironde (4 km) are accessible by bike. We have four bikes for rent. The beautiful city of Saint Vivien is 2 km. On Wednesday there is a lovely market. With many regional products.
The small attractive port of St. Vivien, with 3 small restaurants, is 3 km away. Along the property flows a small river, it is more a ditch, with an opening to the Gironde and sea. (ebb and flow are visible). Because of this ditch home is not suitable for very small children.
Because the House is on stilts it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben mit drei Personen unsere erste Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die zweite Woche haben wir im benachbarten, kleineren Haus des gleichen Vermieters gewohnt (dazu gibt es auch eine Bewertung). Es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus! Drei Schlafzimmer, Bad, großer Wohnraum mit Esstisch und Küche, Couch, Couchtisch und Stühle etc.. Besonders bemerkenswert ist hier die an zwei Seiten umlaufende Veranda, sehr groß. Hier gab es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar zwei Sonnenschime (Marktschirme!). Man hat vom Wohnraum und von zwei Schlafzimmern Zutritt zur Veranda, einfach genial. Es mangelte an nichts, komplettes Küchenzubehör, Kaffee war vorhanden, ebenso Essig und Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker in der Dose, Wäscheständer samt Klammern, Wäschekörbe, Kerzen etc. etc.. zudem noch kleine Lämpchen mit Bewegungsmeldern, damit man im Dunkeln Orientierung hatte. Es wurde vom netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterpaar sehr viele Details bedacht (in beiden Häuseren), das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Zudem liegen beide Häuser auf einem sehr schönen ruhigen Grundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt und obendrein geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können beide Häuser wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlgarantie

Wir haben in diesem Traumhaus zwei tolle Ferienwochen mit unseren drei Kindern verbracht. Vom ersten Moment an konnten wir uns Dank der exklusiven und sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung des Hauses wie zu Hsuse fühlen. Von Karten- und Infomaterial über Spielen und Spielzeug, Fahrrädern, Waschmittel und reichhaltiger Haushaltsausstattung war alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Kinder haben die Hängematten geliebt. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden .

Perfektes Quartier für diese Region

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern zwei tolle Wochen im Haus der Familie Deelstra verbracht. Haus und Grundstück sind perfekt - vom Badminton-Netz über Boule--Bahn, Grill und Hängematten im Garten bis zur geschmackvollen Einrichtung drinnen. Alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der nahe Ort St. Vivien de Medoc, die Markthalle in Soulac und der Surferstrand Le Pin Sec nördlich von Hourtin. Leckere Muscheln und Gambias kann man im fußläufig erreichbaren Port de St. Vivien essen. Und natürlich haben wir eine Wein-Tour entlang der D2 und einen Ausflug nach Bordeaux unternommen. Ein spannendes und vielfältiges Reiseziel.

perfect, clean, quiet, ideal with bikes.

We spent 2 weeks in August last year in Madame Pelouse's house, and we have only good and warm remembering. The owners are adorable, and the weather was very good! We've rent bikes in St Vivien, and then everything was easy, beach (6kms), Thuesday market near the Church (1,5km), restaurants at the "Port de Saint Vivien" (2,5km). Yes, five stars, buy buy!

Wonderfull House, spent great 3 weeks

We spent 3 wonderfull weeks with our 2 daughters at Madame Pelouse. This House with its relaxing wouden terasse has a wonderfull Charme and is extraordinary. A peacefull area of Land that the owner build up just a few years ago. The ways to the beaches are easy to find and the cool and freshness of the Atlantic waves plus The Charme of this House brought the whole Family quickly into a very relaxing and recovering status. The owner and his Way were for some days there äs well which was all very nice and we envoyed dutch-international hospitality.
