3) For the safety of our neighbors and guests, the foyer of the building is monitored by cameras 24/7.
4) This unit is located on an upper level and there is no elevator, only stairs.
5) PETS: Only 1 dog UNDER 35lbs is allowed. No other pets are permitted. Your pet must be part of your reservation, and the pet fee must be paid upon booking. No pets on the furniture.
6) ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping on the premises. This includes the balcony.
