Master bedroom- king bed, with private bathroom.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home.
Open concept living area with beautiful counter tops, stainless steel appliances, seating for 4 at the bar area.
Leather sectional with reclining seating.
Gated garage parking.
Great location to watch the Fireworks from the balcony.
PETS: Pets are allowed for renters at Bay Breeze for an additional pet fee of $175. We Love Animals – however not all ANIMALS are welcome at Bay Breeze. Please check with US to see if YOURS is. We have a limitation of 2 animals under 25 pounds as the cost per stay. If you bring a pet without notification, you will be evicted without refund. CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS: NOT Emotional Support Animals are ALWAYS welcome, and we KINDLY ask that you provide the proper Identification. You will still be responsible for any damages caused by the animal.
