The villa, a 1-minute walk from the ocean, features two gardens, a rooftop terrace, and comfortably hosts 9 guests (4 queen beds, 1 single). Enjoy a full kitchen, 3 modern bathrooms, 2 AC units, and WiFi.

★Please Note★: None of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, pressure cooker, utensils, oil, salt, and pepper.

★ Mosquito repellents are advised, as the property is close to nature and may have geckos, insects, and mosquitoes.

★ Internet reliability can vary due to external factors. If a strong connection is essential, we suggest bringing a hotspot or dongle. Repair time for internet issues may take between 2 to 24 hours.

★ Power outages may occur due to government maintenance, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Guests have full access to the entire house.

The house caretaker is available from 8 AM to 10 PM to assist with any queries or needs.

We are a team of experienced Airbnb hosts, available daily from 9 AM to 10 PM to assist you via call and messages!

The neighbourhood is the quaint fisherman village of Serenity Beach. It is both charming and very safe, suited for a family stay.

The village is very close to the border with Pondicherry union territory, on the Tamil Nadu state side.

There is an auto stand 100 meters from the house. One can also find buses on the East Coast Road, a 10 minutes walk from the house.

* All guests must provide a Govt. ID upon booking confirmation.

* A refundable security deposit of Rs. 4,000/- is required, which will be returned at checkout, provided there is no damage or loss to the villa or its contents.

* Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed.

* No parties: Loud music or unregistered guests after 11 PM will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and authorities will be notified.

* An inverter is available during power outages, but it can only power a few fans and lights (no AC).

* To conserve water, bed linens are changed weekly for long-term guests; fresh towels are provided every three days.

* Tea and coffee are provided; additional food and drinks must be purchased by guests.

* Check-in and check-out are only permitted during daytime hours; please avoid late-night or early-morning arrivals. Contact us for more details.

* Late check-outs will incur the following charges:
After 12 PM = Rs. 1,000/-
After 1 PM = Rs. 2,500/-
After 1:30 PM = Rs. 5,000/-

* WARNING: The sea is dangerous—only experienced swimmers should enter.
