Check in process was slightly confusing but we figured it out. Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect if you just need somewhere to crash for a night or two.

Clean, quiet, ready upon checkin. Communication good when room was ready. All done online as office not always staffed. For the price it fit the bill. Would stay here again for last minute stay.

DON'T STAY HERE! 4pm check in time at a no-contact hotel. I never received the text or email with my room info. Neither did 10+ others when I pulled up.

When we got there is was late at night and ready to sleep, the bed sheets were dirty and looked like they had not been changed, felt uneasy about laying down on used sheets, was able to get them changed until the next morning!

It was perfect for our needs - in town for soccer tournaments and just needed a safe/clean place to stay and this was exactly what we needed. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs. Everything flowed perfectly

This property is in a great location for walking to the casinos, beach, and heavenly shopping mall. But there is no one on site to help with problems. On our 3rd day the combination to the lock to the door stopped working and we were locked out. And with no one on site to help we were locked out for a while until a new code could be programed and we were able to get in. A little scary to be honest. At the time cell phone communication stopped working in Tahoe I guess because of heavy crowds (labor day weekend). And I felt that there was not clear communication for help. But overall the room and location were great!

This room is part of the Lake Ridge Hotel property. The room itself seems renovated but the hotel looks quite old. It is walkable to the main street though. Be advised, there is no human contact for check-in or check-out, all you will get are messages. I think for a 1 night stay it was alright especially at the low price point, but I would not stay here longer than that. The bed was pretty firm, the walls are thin (bring ear plugs), and the water pressure was on the low side. I could tell that the coverlet needs a good washing but the sheets themselves were clean. The room itself is quite large. One bonus was they do give you $5 vouchers for a walking distance beach (Lakeside) which normally costs $30. It's a smaller beach good for kids since there's a playground.

When we pulled up we joked that it looked like the Breaking Bad Motel. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Amenities were few. Quiet at night and walking distance to the concert venue at the old Harvey's. Other than that, we were happy to check out.
