Welcome to your Laguna Vacation Retreat!

The spacious backyard has so many amenities there is always something to do! Though drinking a coffee or cocktail while looking at the lake and reading a book is always a great option.

***PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is currently being repaired. If you are looking to book in the month of December please be aware the hot tub will not be available for use.***

* 2nd Living Area/Sunroom full of windows to view backyard. Multiple seating options, TV, games and a keyboard. Additional Dining table seats 6

*Bedroom 2: King size bed and seating area, has tv

*Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds and seating area.
Full Bathroom 3: Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 share the hall Full bath

*Bedroom 4- two bunk beds- full size on bottom and twin beds on top. Please note the top bunks are NOT adult rated!

*Full Bathroom 4: Full bathroom ensuite to bunk room

Incredible outdoor balcony/deck. Amazing views of the lake with comfortable seating and tables. Perfect for cocktails, coffee, a game of cards or a good book.

Enter into a spacious great room where you can relax and yet be a part of it all. The open kitchen, living and dining allow for everyone to be together- yet there is enough space to feel separate.

The cozy yet surprisingly spacious living area where you can catch the big game. Multiple options for comfortable seating as well as barstools and a large dining table.

The open kitchen allows you to prepare a meal while being part of the action and being able to view the TV. With space for multiple people and all the essentials to make a meal, you can make yourself right at home and begin making memories.

The Spacious downstairs primary boasts an ensuite, seating area and tv in the room. There is a convenient ramp leading from the kitchen to the bedroom. (Please note there is a step down from the living area to the kitchen) which must be used to enter the primary.

A large laundry room with additional fridge and freezer (owners may utilize as well). Means you get to go home without a ton of laundry to do and you can pack light!

The sunroom/living room 2 is such a wonderful space as there are multiple seating options and things to do. The additional dining area makes room for working while enjoying the view, eating or playing a game a breeze while enjoying your surroundings!

Head upstairs to three large bedrooms and my personal favorite part of the house- the amazing upstairs balcony/patio.

Bedroom 2 is very spacious with a comfortable king bed, a seating area and tv

Bedroom 3 is bright and cheerful with 2 queen beds a seating area and closet.

Bedroom 4 is very large with 4 bunk beds (please note top 2 are NOT adult rated) and plenty of room to spread out. It boasts a generous ensuite bathroom!

Covered Balcony/patio- perfect in the rain or shine enjoy views of the lake and sit back and relax.

You get the entire house and property! The path to the lake and actual lake access is shared by neighbors. You may have neighbors walking behind the pool and around the yard (It is not fenced in) to reach the lake access but it is a quiet community with not many neighbors.

We are here if you need us but give you privacy! We do ask you respect our house rules, pet policy and guest count.

Swim and use amenities at your own risk.

We provide a starter set of consumables to get your stay going but please note it is a starter set and generally long enough for a 1-2 night stay.

*SWIM AND UTILIZE AMENITIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES- THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR ACCIDENT.
*Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund. In addition Amplified sound equipment that produces audible sound beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is prohibited.
*Smoking is prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking (including smell) you will be assessed a fine.
*Guest count MUST be accurate for liability and legal reasons. It includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it and any guests that may stop by. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! A fine of $150 per person will be assessed for violating this house rule.
*Please no parties, `social gatherings` or events of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be assessed a fine.
*Please no pets - to avoid fines please ensure pets are not brought to this property.
* There shall be no advertising or promoting a special event or allow the advertising and promotion of a special event to be held on the premises.
