Location is perfect

Overall the stay was ok other than the smell of mold & mildew bought oderban and candles just to get thru the 4 days we were there .. it was so convenient to the beach, pink pony,the hangout and souvenir shops & restaurants I hardly ever give a mediocre review but the smell was a big issue for myself and family

Low price, good facility, great view, love the parking setup. Close to shops/restaurants. Little construction in front 10/9 but im sure its temporary

Upon arrival the front desk lady was so nice, accommodating and personable. The room was everything as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It is right next door to the famous "Hangout" restaurant/bar. All shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Only complaint is the "driveway" to enter premises. It needs a sign.

Great location!

They were renovating the property so there were a lot of workmen. Elevators were slow. Thought we were in for a long night with drag racing going on in front of condo, but police stopped that VERY quickly. Would stay there again..preferably after renovations completed!

Not bad, but not great.

Check in was an hour late from promised time. And the fridge was froze up when we checked in. So the two gallons of milk, cheese, lunch meat, eggs, yogurt all had to be thrown out. But they got it fixed the next morning and everything was fine from then on. Units are dated and need upgrading. Elevators are slow and extremely hot, as well as the downstairs waiting area for the elevator. I cannot understand why they enclosed them in. Would stay here again.

We checked in the afternoon on May 27. We got our things in and we grocery shopping. A few hours later when we we’re ready for bed the pull out sofa in both rooms 803 & 805 wouldn’t pull out. They were broken. My children had to sleep on the floor. The next day when I spoke with someone she said she would get back to me. When she did she told me she had someone check & they were broken. She said she would switch our rooms the next day . Since we had two nights in rooms sleeping on the floor she said she would comp two nights in one room & one night in the other. I told her that would be great I didn’t they we should pay for sleeping on the floor. When we checked out on May 31 she changed her mind & would only refund 20%. This is unacceptable!! I am extremely disappointed in Brett Robinson. We should receive the refund she originally agreed to. A total of three nights refunded.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was with the elevators, but we heard that they are getting new ones in November.

View is Amazing

The location is fabulous, the views are amazing. Within walking distance to almost everything one could want. The condo feel with the housekeeping of a hotel was great. Now the downside, if you rent a place like this for this full kitchen, beware. There is not enough dishes for a day. Our unit had 1 full size fork, 3 salad forks, 2 teaspoons and 3 coffee cups. No skillets for cooking breakfast and the stove was all to pieces. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable.

The front desk should have been able to add to the supply. The desk is open 24 hours a day to make sure our guests have everything they need to have a pleasant stay.
