Being in Downtown Miami is unmatched as you get to experience a different type of lifestyle compared to anywhere else, not only in Florida but in the U.S.
In addition, downtown Miami offers the best luxury apartments and homes in the city, with access to all the social, business, and dining amenities you might want. The endless beaches, marinas, and resorts make Downtown Miami a confluence of residential, business, and vacation perfection.
Getting Around:
This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. It is also a Rider’s Paradise which means world-class public transportation.

➤ Tenant Evaluation
Prior to arrival, please note that building management not the hosts requires a mandatory tenant evaluation. To proceed with registration, there is a non-refundable application fee of $150 per individual (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and can provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee will be $150 for both applicants instead of $300. This fee applies regardless of whether the unit is furnished or unfurnished, as the evaluation is a required process by the building association.
The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. An expedited option is available for an additional fee of $100 per application, which reduces the processing time to 5–7 business days.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.
