Two-bedroom apartment in historic SE Portland home with private access, located in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife Clinton Street has to offer. 150 Feet to La Moule, Cafe Broder, Dots Cafe, Clinton Street Coffee House and several other restaurants and bars.
5 minute walk to the heart of division street as well!
The space
Just renovated! The space includes a living + dining + kitchen area complete with a dining room table + 4 chairs. There are two barstools at minibar on kitchen that opens to full living room. Two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and big closets. Fresh bathroom with glass doored tile shower. Private laundry and many closets complete this home.
*Roll away cot available upon request for 5th guest, please let me know upon requesting booking*

Guest access
Guests will be provided with a unique access code upon check in. The neighborhood has ample, free street parking. It is also close to public transit, city bikes and e-scooters. Super walkable neighborhood.

This is a first floor apartment. We live in a separate living space upstairs so you may hear us walking + talking occasionally.

I grew up in Cleveland , Ohio but have been in Portland for over 10 years. I was drawn to all this beautiful state has to offer as an avid mountain biker, dirt biker, snow skier and water skier.
On weekends you can find me at the mountain, on the river or grabbing a beer with friends at one of our awesome breweries.
My wife Lea and I love sharing our home with visitors and look forward to hosting you!
