This brand new, elegant and modern 3-story townhouse with two patios is the perfect home away from home. Welcome to THE HUNT HOUSE, by MIDLOTHIAN SUITES.
- 3.5 Gbps super-fast Wi-Fi - Driveway & garage parking - Two balconies - Mins to groceries/restaurants - Great for families/remote workers - Fully equipped kitchen - Fresh linens/towels - Washer/dryer + some detergent provided - Flexible self-check-in Pets: Dogs are permitted with host approval (1 dog/stay) and must be included in the reservation. A pet fee of $150.00 will apply. Pet fee will be doubled for stays over 14 days. You are responsible for picking up after your pet outside; if not completed, there will be an additional $50.00 charge applied.
Guests are expected to be respectful of residents, other guests, and physical amenities in the complex.
Parking: Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There is 1 driveway spot and 1 garage spot.
Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am prompt, unless late check out has been approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 11:30 am or later will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour.
Quiet Hours: Guests will be quiet and respectful of neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
No Parties: Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. A penalty fee of $500.00 plus an additional charge of $100.00 per unapproved guest will be charged.
No Smoking: Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
Safety Devices: Safety devices, including but not limited to: smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and external security cameras, are on site for the safety of all of our guests as well as our property. Tampering with these devices in any way, including disconnecting or moving them, will result in a penalty fee of $250.00, plus any additional cost related to re-installation or damages.
Cleaning: We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply. *Please note: stays of 21 nights or more will double the standard cleaning fee rate as a thorough deep clean will be required.
Infant & Children Supervision: Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash: A rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink and large disposal bins in the garage. Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly.
Broken or Stolen Property: Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections: The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items: Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
No Sanitary Wipes: No wipes, `Flushable & non-flushable` are to be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances. Guests will be responsible for any plumbing back-ups and blockages.
Pets:
Dogs are permitted with host approval (1 dog/stay) and must be included in the reservation. A pet fee of $150.00 will apply.
