Muy lindo, estilo Ranch de 3 dormitorios, todas las viviendas del primer piso hacen de este un excelente alquiler. Dormitorio principal con medio baño privado de abeja reina. El dormitorio 2 tiene 2 camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio tiene un futón. Todas las habitaciones tienen unidades de aire acondicionado con ventana. Televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "en la sala de estar y pantalla plana de 30" en el dormitorio futón. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood along with the location to all the things I love with Harwich and the surrounding area. My dog was happy with the yard and the walks in the neighborhood!The home and especially the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in!

Overall Decent Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I would like to thank you for the last minute renral for the week of August 9-16. We had a great week with beautiful weather. The location was great. We love Harwich but we also enjoy taking little excursions throughout the week and the place was centrally located. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood which was great for dog walking. I also found the kitchen and bedrooms perfect for our family of four. A couple of things we’d like to point out that would improve the property for future renters. Overall, the property needs a little sprucing. I understand that the property sits in a forever wild lot with lots of tree which I can appreciate, but it does make for a dirty deck and house. The outdoor shower had a ton of huge spider webs and everything just needed a good sweeping and wash. I do realize this is unavoidable, but should be done at least a couple of times throughout the peak rental season. Another item we wanted toMention was the vacuum. The vacuum was terrible which is surprising for a dog friendly beach house rental. It barely worked. I like to keep a tidy home and try to do the same when renting on the Cape, vacuuming throughout the week. Additionally, the lock on the patio door didn’t work and the bottom step off the patio is rotting and split which could be dangerous and should be addressed asap. Again, overall we enjoyed the rental.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was the lack of cleaning prior to our arrival but I mentioned it to the leasing company and they made it right. Great customer service. Would return.

The house is in a very quiet area and abuts conservation land, we even saw a deer in the middle of the day there who paid no attention to us. The house is on the smaller side and the furniture is a bit outdated but there is a beautiful outdoor deck and that was where most of our time was spent. Perfect little fenced in yard for a little pooch. Plenty of silverware, utensils, pots and pans, made it very easy to cook. The owner was very flexible when asked about a possible modification, and I appreciated that, even though we ended up not needing the modification. Washer and dryer worked and outdoor shower was excellent. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and cute. My only issues were the really stark daylight lighting in the lamps and I wish it were a bit closer to Chatham.

I would not stay here

We drove 12 hours to Cape Cod, only to find the property completely unprepared for guests. Bugs were entering through the air conditioning units in every room. While my daughter and husband were sitting on the couch, they discovered numerous fleas and received multiple bites on their backs and legs. The rooms smelled like mold from wet carpets and AC units, and the bathroom had a strong odor. The cutlery and dishes had food particles, not clean at all. The bedding had millions of dog hair and human hair stuck, it was filthy. I called VRBO several times and spent three hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Nothing was done until the next day when a very friendly and reasonable property manager arrived. I am very grateful for his help. However, I would not stay here again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year, our stay in the home was disappointing. The yard showed lovely, it was obvious that much attention had been given with the outdoor space. Inside the home however was different. The bedding was tired and upon arrival, an unpleasant odor was detected. We had to wash all the top comforters and pillow shams. There was a blood stain on the mattress pad on the queen bed which we had to remove. The pillows were stained, not all seemed to have pillow case covers on them. An investment into a new queen mattress is in order.We found broken glass from a wine glass left in the cabinet in a coffee mug.The outside shower latch was broken.There were a lot of ants in the kitchen.The reality company sent over a new mattress pad the same day I reported the issues. Grateful for that. Overall, not what we were hoping for.

Though common to the Cape, in this particular rental we encountered cockroaches daily - most often in the kitchen area, but also in 1 bedroom. The property fit our needs, our 12 yr. old Boston Terrier enjoyed the backyard. A screen off the kitchen slider would have allowed air to circulate around the home. A quick call for maintenance regarding the front door and back deck stair was remedied immediately.

Overall good house to rent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this as it’s very close to relatives in Harwich. The house is exactly as pictured. It’s clean and neat. The only issue on inside is uncomfortable mattresses. We enjoyed being so close to bike trail and ponds. Could probably use written instructions on use of television, location of washer, dryer. Biggest issue is unkempt yard and the fact there were 11+ piles of dog feces in back yard which we picked up and disposed of. There needs to be written rules for dog owners to follow. We have a tiny dog we wouldn’t allow in backyard due to this. We, however, would definitely rent again based on house itself.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my husband, myself, daughter and her partner plus our dogs. The fenced in yard made it easy for us. It was very clean and was well stocked and beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Location was a little more than a mile to route 6 making it convenient. We had a nice relaxing week and hope to return again.

Best Location

The interior of the home is very clean and up to date. The deck was lovely, being a pet friendly home, we like the fenced in yard. Very lovely neighborhood and easy to get on and off Route 6.
