-We allow 4 vehicles with 2 driveway spots. You can find 2 additional spots in the surrounding lots.
-We allow 5 registered drivers- host will confirm before check in.
-We provide starter amenities. Please be prepared to provide for the duration of your trip.
-We only rent to guests 25 and older.
-A Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent once your reservation is received. It must be filled out with a government-issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours.

For your safety and ours, our home is equipped with Ring security cameras at the front door, on both sides of the house. Inside, we have decibel monitors and motion sensors to ensure safety and compliance—these do not record audio or video.

While we make every effort to ensure all listed amenities are available and in working order, occasional maintenance, repairs, or circumstances beyond our control may result in certain amenities being unavailable during your stay. The host is not responsible for any amenity that may be out of service, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for such occurrences.
