Great location, easy parking right in front, walking distance to Westwood/UCLA, spacious /clean home - would definitely book again. Really a great value and the host, Burt is very kind and eager to ensure that you have everything you need. Great stay!

Our family recently stayed at Burt’s home (yes, it’s a home not an apartment) and everything was just perfect. Great location, safe neighborhood, spacious pet friendly home well stocked with everything and an excellent, attentive host. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Burt!

Fantastic EVERYTHING

This place was fantastic. Outstanding location (West LA, walkable to UCLA - we did it twice,) well-appointed, and Burt was amazing. Friendly, responsive, and stocked the place with waters, coffee, and other items that went way beyond what any other VRBO I've stayed in has done. You will not be disappointed!

Great place!

This property is spacious, well appointed, quiet and extremely comfortable. We booked well in advance to have a home base while celebrating our son’s graduation from UCLA and it was a perfect location for that purpose. We could walk to everything though it was reassuring to be provided with a neighborhood parking permit for those times we returned home from having driven somewhere. Burt has stocked it with everything you might need and was responsive and accommodating in communications up to and during our stay. I highly recommend this listing!

Pictures do not do this palace justice!

Excellent location, extremely clean, spacious, and the outside living space was a special bonus. I barely wanted to leave the property to conduct business because it was so cozy and comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the linens were comfy and clean. The only issue I had was that I had to leave. Definatly the Ritz Carlton of AirBnB's.

Amazing stay near Beverly Hills

Burt was great! His home was great! And, we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this property. It is close to everything and you can't beat the amenities.

Lovely, comfortable place for your LA travels

We had a great stay at Burt's rental recently. It's a super nice place. Very clean - spotless, really. Comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated and spacious. Burt, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and eager to please. It's in a great location along the Wilshire corridor, minutes from UCLA, Beverly Glen, etc. Highly recommended!

Terrific Stay

What a great place to stay in the Los Angeles area! Three large bedrooms and three baths, a large family and living room, large dining room table, and a breakfast table with glass on three sides. Great kitchen with all the usual appliances, including a Keurig with three mug size settings (Burt, the owner, stocked the K-cups), rice maker, etc. The space is larger than expected from the pictures and luxurious. Beds are great as are the towels. Burt has thought of everything. All the usual bath and cleaning supplies, shavers if you forgot yours, q tips, and all kinds of shampoo, condtioner, and moisturizers. Didn’t use the tub, but it is a huge, whirlpool type that could fit two. Master shower is huge as well, and has two heads. The water pressure is crazy strong...but adjustable to whatever you like. Never had more pressure than needed, wonder if it required special plumbing. Instant hot water. Its possible to play music theoughout the house, if desired, including bath via the stereo system in the main TV room. The master Has a separate stereo system as well. Bottled waters were appreciated for day trips. Large bowl of fruit on the dining table was great for snacks. I particularly enoyed stting outside in the AM for coffee and evenings to read. Even though it is close to Wilshire Blvd. it was quiet and relaxing. Parking not an issue and free. This neighborhood has required parking passes to park on the street. I was always able to park directly in front of the house, or across the street on street cleaning day. Location is great for what we were doing. Half way between the coast and downtown. The rooms are nice very clean and comfy better than a hotel also there is a lot of space

We had 8 people stay in the place comfortably with enough space for everyone to come together and eat watch tv and hang out without feeling like we where crowded we even had a couple guests come hang out as well. I would definitely stay there again it was a fairly simple move in and out as well 5 stars all the way

AMAZING PROPERTY! WE FELT LIKE WE WON THE LOTTERY!

The owner Burt is the best! He makes sure that you are set up for the best experience ever. His house is amazing and the location is perfect for site seeing and getting around. My family was more than comfortable in this huge house. I highly recommend renting Burts house - you will not be disappointed. To Burt, thanks for everything, you made our trip less stressful and we enjoyed your house immensely!

Spectacular

Our stay at this Westwood rental was incredible. Burt was an incredible host, providing all the amenities one would need for a fun filled stay in Los Angeles. The house was roomy, well appointed and spotless. The location could not have been any better. Very close (15 minutes) to Getty Museum (free I might add), Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Universal Studios and Hollywood & UCLA. Parking is always available and right out front. We will definitely book this again for our next visit to Los Angeles and recommend this to anyone looking for safe, conveniently located, large, well maintained place to enjoy the city from. Santa Monica Blvd, Wilshire Blvd, Suntset Blvd are right here and will take you from the beach all the way east to Griffith Park for hiking and Hollywood Bowl for great concerts.

Best stay ever!

The place is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious. The televisions are huge. My husband and I loved it. The host, Burt, is by far the nicest and most accommodating host. We’ve used a few home rental services and this was my best experience. The house is located in a perfect location. We were so close to Santa Monica pier, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, etc. The place was extremely clean and the pictures really look how it is in person or maybe even better. The backyard is nice. I woke up and got some work done in the morning with a peaceful, calm view. The bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! The shower pressure was great! The water gets hot and stays hot. It’s great! My experience here was great and we will definitely want to come back to Burt’s place when we return! -Alexis

Even more than advertised! Great stay experience

I stayed at this property over night and the place was luxurious, clean, and spacious. Amazing full kitchen and dining room, with multiple bathrooms for your guests. The master bedroom with the connected Roman style master bath was a sight to see. The pool and entertainment room in the back is perfect for your family to enjoy the house. Overall one of the best homeaway experiences I've had. Additionally, Carrie, the property manager, was responsive, patient, and accommodating. She made the process seamless and easy.
