Este apartamento de 4 dormitorios en Budapest es elegante y está en una excelente ubicación. El apartamento tranquilo tiene un jardín en el patio y es planta baja para facilitar el acceso. Entra en el apartamento y entras directamente a un gran pasillo con cocina abierta. Las 4 habitaciones, el baño y el amplio salón se abren a la cocina. El apartamento mide aproximadamente 110 metros cuadrados y es ideal para hasta 8 personas, ¡pero estará felizmente cómodo para hasta 10 con nuestras camas plegables! El cómodo y elegante sofá del salón también se abre como cama supletoria. Un televisor de pantalla plana grande, reproductor de DVD (ofrecemos una selección de DVD para adultos y para niños), un estéreo con reproductor de CD, una caja de juegos para adultos y una caja de juguetes y artículos de vestir para niños. Trona, cuna y bolígrafo bajo petición. Hay Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratuito o si tiene el srt que necesita conectarse, nosotros también lo tenemos. El baño tiene ducha / bañera y una alfombra de baño esponjosa. Contamos con secador de pelo profesional y cabello.

Budapest Flat

We had a wonderful time in Budapest! The check in process was great. Laszlo was easy to communicate with and transported us to and from the flat. The area was close to the city and places to eat and grocery stores. It was close to the metro. It had a lot of space and two nice bathrooms for the family to get ready. I would stay there again.

Security concerns

The apartment was adequate for our needs. The only concern is that upon arrival we were asked a lot of family details. Ie mothers maiden names ex wife's maiden name photos of all our passports. We raised concerns about this and were told that this was procedure required by vrbo. Again we are all very concerned particularly as we had also booked another apartment not far from these premises. For private anniversary and birthday celebrations . And no questions or passport details required.

It is very awkward for me to ask these questions also, they were not for me and not for VRBO they were for the program zhat the Hungarian goverment set up for us to use (and unfortunetly is compulsory to use for every guesthouse owners that dealing with guests legaly) I am presuming that If you were not asked any of your deatails the home owner was not letting you out the apartment legally. Summary

Hello, first of all I would like to particularly highlight the host. He was fantastic and helped a lot in all areas and was extremely friendly. In return, the host receives 100% from me. The location is very good. Unfortunately the apartment was a bit dirty and, above all, already worn out. All rooms were either facing the street or facing the hallway. That means it was very loud, even at night. The showers worked very well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. But I would still come alone because of the host.

Amazing apartment

What can I say. We had one of our best holidays in Budapest and this apartment was perfect. It was large enough for a big family with some older teens and also some 40 somethings and a 12 year old. It’s perfectly situated and there is bars and restaurants all around. We found that Laszlo was so helpful and even sorted us out with some special parking tickets for the F1 In Hungaroring. He went above and beyond even offering us some cash to pay for the parking outside while we unloaded. He also helped us find a 24 hr pharmacy when one of the teens came off an electric scooter and also sorted us out somewhere to print out F1 tickets off. Little gestures that help so much when you are on holiday. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again if I was to come back. Thank you so much.

Great location perfect family stay

Very well positioned the apartment is great for a multi family stay, since it has a number of rooms and two bathrooms. Good communication with the landlord who was communicative and helpful.

Great stay

Apartment is huge, spacious, nicely laid out. We had plenty of room. Also located in a great part of Budapest. You could walk almost anywhere. Very safe nice neighborhood, centrally located. Laszlo was helpful. Overall highly recommend

Great size and location

We used the airport transfer service offered by Laszlo, which was brilliant and hassle free. Apartment suited our needs of 6 ladies perfectly, with separate space for each of us. Had everything we needed - lounge was a great size for chilling out after a day's sightseeing. Was nice and quiet while we were there, so not disturbed by any road noise. Easy walking distance of restaurants and not very far into the centre. Loved Budapest, and would recommend this apartment.

Appartement parfait ! Hôte aux petits soins

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et même mieux. Il y a deux salles de bain refaites récemment contrairement à la seule annoncée initialement. Laszlo est un hôte très très très serviable et répond à toute question dans des délais très court. L’appartement est à 15 minutes à pied des principaux ruin bars et très bien desservi par le tramway ou métro. A recommander !

Zentrale Lage, daher manchmal etwas laut. Die Wohnung ist leider etwas dunkel. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit hervorragenden Badezimmern. Sehr netter Vermieter. Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten quasi direkt vor der Tür. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung fantastisch!

Perfect. Highly recommend a stay in this property.

Laszlo was the perfect host, he met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate and exactly how it appears in the pictures. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the markets and the main city centre with plenty of wonderful restaurants and pubs close by. We would highly recommend this property and we certainly intend to stay here again when we next return to Budapest. Steve and Jane

Time that was well spent and went by all too quickly

We really should have allowed more time to see the wonders of the city of Budapest. Laszlo was not only friendly and helpful but also who is able to respond to all of our specific idiosyncratic questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay again and likely will. We were a party of eight traveling to many European destinations. I only regret is that we did not stay long enough to really appreciate this largely undiscovered city.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. It is spacious and very well kept. The location is perfect...restaurants, grocery, public transportation, bars. We have traveled and stayed in many apartments and this was our favorite! We can't wait to go back.

Excellent place to stay!!!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in April 2016. It was very spacious, clean no hd everything we could need for our stay. It had plenty of space for our 5 kids to move around and play, they had a closet of toys and dress up close for the kids to ply with. Laszlo and his wife were very good to us and helped us from the first time we spoke all the way thru our vacation. There was 2 stores within 500 meters of apartment and many places to eat. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would defiantly stay here again!

Tres bon accueil et pas de surprise dans cette location. Les photos correspondent bien á l etat actuel de l apartement, typique de ce qu on trouve de bien á Budapest. Pour avoir habité 10 ans la ville et parler hongrois couramment je peux le recommander sans hesitation. La localisation est bonne aussi pour un court sejour touristique. Proche tram et metro, á 15mn á pied du Danube, pont Szabadság. Arnaud

Fantastic Apartment in great location!

Laszlo, many thanks for a superb stay. I would reccommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a good and stylish apartment in the heart of Budapest. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is close to the centre of Budapest and has some really great restaurants on it's doorstep. Laszlo was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful! The 8 of us fitted perfectly well in this apartment and we all had a superb time!
