Everything is as pictured with the exception of the lower deck level. It has been closed off and made into a screened in area that holds the hammicks, the gym, and the life jackets. The fishing supplies were to rusted and fallen apart that we went to a local walmart and purchased our own. Fine with us but not what we had hoped for. Everything else was as pictured. We had enough to cook meals and hang out. We loved being on the canal and even believe a mantee or dolphin swam up (too dark to confirm). We did not swim off the dock as the canal has sharp rocks on the bed floor. We did use the paddle boards and kayaks and had a lot of fun. Great local beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Area was quiet and the host was prompt on any concerns we had. Local grocery stores are close and entertainment was only a short drive away as well. Loved the swim spa! I also loved the fact that there was a clothing drying rack available to use. It is the small things some times. Cons: Could use a fresh coat of paint on the interior walls. Lots of skuffs and marks on the walls. More wash clothes available for the bathrooms and the kitchen.Overall great place.
