This charming, newly renovated 3 BR half-duplex is nestled in one of my favorite neighborhoods in town - The Old North. A short walk or incredibly brief drive to Glen Echo Ravine, gas stations/carry-outs, grocery/liquor stores & several bars & restaurants. Pet friendly & off-street parking. Incredibly close to Ohio State University and the highway, this place has everything you and your group needs to make it your home away from home. Spacious kitchen for preparing meals for friends & family!!
Walking through the living room you will enter the large dining area, which has a round table that will seat 4 comfortably. There is also a bar cart in the dining room for you to become the resident mixologist if you so desire.
Keep going towards the kitchen and you will pass by the basement door, which houses the laundry area. Feel free to use the washer and dryer while you are here! The detergent should be on the washer. The kitchen has all the amenities of home - if it doesn't, please let us know and we can possibly bring it to you! The backyard door is off the kitchen, and you will see the City Trash bins and a parking pad for two. You are allotted one of these two spaces if you don't want to park out front.
Venturing upstairs you will see three nice sized bedrooms, two are complete with smart TV's. The largest bedroom in the house is the front one, which also has a desk and chair combo for the work from home traveler. There is also the bathroom on the second floor.
You have access to the entire half of the duplex and one parking space out back.

We wanted to let you know that our team is available to assist you between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues may arise outside of those hours, and we want you to know that we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.
• We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the Property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise!
• The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time.
- We allow only 2 dogs maximum under 30 pounds
-We don't allow cats
• Your safety matters to us! Our Property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests.
• We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately.
• We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
• Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
• That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address.
• We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management.
• If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate.
• There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs!
• Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy!
• We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions!
• Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.
• This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house.
•$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee
• No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises.
• Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house.
• We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times.
• No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.
