Welcome to Preston Place, your Louisville, Kentucky home! Sleeps 10: Perfect for large families and groups!

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED: Just a 2-minute walk from your front porch to the Gate 6 entrance to the Expo Center, putting you in the absolute closest rental home to all of the sports tournaments, concerts, livestock & equipment expos held on the festival grounds. Kentucky Kingdom shares the property, and the Kentucky Derby is just minutes away!

THE SPACE
Perfect for large families, two families sharing the home and groups!

Regardless of whether you are here for an event or to explore some of our wonderful local attractions, we want you to feel at home. My husband and I understand from our own travel experiences that the difference is in the details. We have worked hard to see everything from our guest’s perspective.


MAIN FLOOR
The first floor features a large, open concept living/dining area providing a great space for your group to gather and hangout. Enjoy a movie or catch that game you don’t want to miss on the 65” Smart TV. Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are provided, so bring your login info to your favorite streaming services. Or, sit at the Gibson guitar pick-shaped table and have game night with some of the many games and cards provided. With a combination of chairs and benches, it seats 6.

Start your mornings in the large, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6. Enjoy the morning sun as you plan your day while sipping on coffee from the Keurig Duo or tea/hot chocolate from the kettle.

Also on the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and make yourself at home. For your comfort and enjoyment, there is a 43” wall-mounted Smart TV for watching the late movie as you fall asleep, plenty of extra pillows, blankets and a sound machine.

A full bath sits between the bedrooms, offering both tub and shower. You’ll enjoy plenty of fresh towels and toilet paper as well as shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, hand soap, make-up remover wipes, black wash cloths designed specifically for make-up removal, and microfiber hair wraps to keep your hair smooth and silky after your shower.


UPSTAIRS
Upstairs, you’ll have a private bedroom with a queen bed, twin-XL bed and large dresser. There is a walk-through room with a sleeper sofa, 43” smart TV and another large dresser. A second full bath completes the area.


DOWNSTAIRS
When the kids are tired of being with the adults (and vice-versa!), let them hang out in the basement. They can enjoy their favorite shows on the 53” Smart TV in the sitting area, challenge one another on the full-size air hockey or 2-person electronic basketball or chill out on the two twin-XL beds.


LAUNDRY
The laundry room is also in the basement. While none of us enjoy doing laundry while traveling, sometimes you just have to. To make it quick and easy, use the full-size washer and dryer, complete with a large supply of detergent and dryer sheets. There is also an ironing board & iron, a large table to make folding and sorting easier, and a rolling clothes rack with hangers for those outfits that wrinkle quickly.


OUTSIDE
The covered front porch is a great place to enjoy the fresh air, even on a rainy day. Your private parking pad is located in the rear of the home and will fit 5-7 vehicles.


PRIME LOCATION:
Located in a safe and convenient area with easy access to restaurants and groceries. Louisville International Airport (SDF) is only 1.5 miles away.


FULLY STOCKED:
Full-size essentials, including Suave shampoo & conditioner, Aveeno body wash, Gain detergent and dryer sheets, coffee pods and grounds, several flavored creamers, sugar, hot chocolate, tea bags, spice rack, snacks and bottled water in addition to plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and dish detergent.


PARKING:
There is a private, concrete parking pad in rear of home for 5-7 vehicles.


SECURITY:
For my guests' added safety, there are two security cameras. The one on the front porch faces the sidewalk and driveway. The one on the back porch faces the parking pad. Both record movement and sound.

Access is through the rear door. Code will be sent at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The maximum number of guests is 10.

Parties are not allowed on the premises.

Quiet hours are 10 PM-7 AM.

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted inside the home. If you choose to smoke or vape outside, please be kind and dispose of waste responsibly. Evidence of smoking/vaping inside will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Pets are not allowed on premises. If you have a service animal, please disclose at booking and provide information as to what service the animal performs. No animals, regardless of their service, are to be left in the home unattended, and guest is responsible for cleaning up behind the animal and for any damages the animal may cause.
