New Orleans Garden Room Tampa Pool Hot Tub

This unique guest suite has a King size Victorian bed and transports you to a French Quarter garden in New Orleans. Contactless entry and check-in with smart locks. Each room has it’s own private bathroom and shower, AC/heater, and fridge/freezer Free coffee is available and there is also a microwave, iron, and hair dryer for guest use 20-30 mins to downtown and Tampa Intl Airport 15 mins to Busch Gardens 5 mins to USF/Moffit. The property features a pavered patio area with a SALTWATER POOL AND HOTTUB, covered pergola, outdoor living/dining area, and covered grill area. The pool and outdoor areas are open 24/7 but please be respectful of others. All outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Hot Tub Reservations- The hot tub can be heated and reserved for $10/hr. Time slots are first come first serve and are non-refundable rain or shine. And we allow each guest the chance to book 1 hr then additional hours are open first come first serve. The hot tub takes 1 hour when it’s warm and 3 hours when its cold outside to heat up so please book in advance. And the controls are on my phone only so please allow me plenty of notice to make sure it’s setup for you. Even with a hot tub reservation, the pool and the rest of the outdoor space is still always shared though. It just means that nobody else will be getting in the hot tub with you. But most guests will usually give each other space. The pool area is under camera surveillance for the safety of all guests.
