Apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños situado en el 3er piso de una exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Palma Real con 2 piscinas y una piscina para niños y parque infantil. Hay seguridad 24/7 y estacionamiento. Situado en una caminata de 10 minutos o 2 minutos en coche desde el corazón de la zona de Palm Beach.
El apartamento tiene un plan de piso abierto con sala de estar y cocina, 2 dormitorios con camas queen size y 3 º dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Hay ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y aire acondicionado en toda la casa.

This place was in central location walking distance from everything, but we had a car, this was a great place to stay ,the beach equipment came in handy ,what a great touch make sure to bring extra wash clothes and towels, but we had everything single thing we needed ,the outside property was very accommodating as well ,the place was comfortable and very clean ,I would stay again

Great condo and location

We had a really nice stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen items to cook at the complex. I was shocked that we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That is new to us. Other wise great stays!

Aruba vacation

We had a great stay at Palma Real- the apartment was very clean, spacious, and located close to all the major attractions. There were plenty of beach items available to use including chairs and more than enough beach towels. This was a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive to any messages that were sent. We didn’t use the pools but only because we spent every day doing different activities near the beaches.

Great location but not clean at all

I have visited Aruba for many years in Arashi without any issues. This year I decided to stay in noord at Fay’s 3-bedroom condo. The goal was to be on vacation. However, instead of walking into a vacation home I walked into a nice looking kitchen with ants all in the cabinet near the microwave. I had to run to the market across from Pika’s Corner to get bleach, disinfectant spray, vinegar and ant killer. I also had to get trash bags. Why? Because there were none. I immediately text Fay who stated she was unaware of ants which cant be true because under the sink was an empty can of Ant and Roach Killer (red can). I told her there’s ant infestation in both cabinets and not just the shelves—they were live in the dry food (sugar, all over the syrup, in the baking soda etc.). It appeared as though 1) no one had opened that cabinet in MONTHS and 2) the ingredients were left open. I told Fay the ONLY way to get rid of this is to throw everything in the cabinet away and sanitize—she agreed I should. I also recommended let guest know they cannot leave unopened food or sweet open in the cabinet. Everything must be left in the fridge. It’s always a nice gesture to leave unused pantry items but not to good when it creates an insect problem. I ended up sanitizing the cabinet with vinegar/water/bleach followed by spraying the area with ant spray day 1 of arriving (Saturday). Why did I have to do this? Why wasn’t this done or inspected beforehand?!! Also, Fay stated the man couldn’t come out that evening and could only come Sunday at 8:30 after church…he didn’t come at 8:30 and more like 9:30 and just dropped off a can of ant spray and trash bags. Too late, I already did someone else’s job on my vacation. Let’s talk about the 3rd bedroom with the twin beds…For starters one of the twin beds had dirty sheets on them. Heres a tip: use laundry detergent to wash and consider adding vinegar to the water. I had go buy detergent! This theme carried into the towels in the linen closet (I have pictures). The striped towels although folded neatly when opened had dried up what looked like bird poop or baby vomit. Two of 3 big towels were like this also. There were two face clothes (the white ones were dirty and I took pictures) that seemed to be only washed in water. I ended up washing them with the Tide pods. The bathroom shelves had brown stuff on them they hadn’t been wiped either. Nice location BUT not clean.

Weekend Aruba

Het is een heel mooi en rustig verblijf. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 slaapvertrekken met ieder een eigen bad en toiletruimte. Alle kamers en woonkamer ook een airco. Deze kwam in de middag echt van toepassing.

Great 8 days with everything you need in easy reach

To begin with the booking process and communications with Fayttiani was first rate and all questions were answered promptly. The apartment itself was well equipped and maintained. It was spacious enough for the 4 adults (a couple a 2 friends) not to trip over each other. As Fayttiani promised we were no more than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Palm beach and its attractions. The Local Store bar and restaurant is also just outside of the apartment complex so every was at hand and there was no need to rent a car unless you wanted to explore. i would recommend anyone looking to stay in Aruba to book this apartment

Beautiful condo in Aruba

We stayed 10 days at Fayttiani's property. Our main reason for selecting her condo was because she responded so quickly during our initial inquiry. Even when we had questions while in Aruba, we could be in touch with her within minutes. When renting privately, we appreciate this quick response. The condo was gorgeous. It was spotless, spacious and stocked with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong, A/C worked well, and there were also ceiling fans in all rooms and main areas. We found that as we adjusted to Aruban weather, we needed the A/C less and less, at times we were only using fans. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. We were able to cook all our breakfasts and I even attempted to use the slow cooker to make a few home cooked meals while we were there. There were beach chairs, beach bags and beach umbrellas (which you will find not usable in Aruba with the winds). We always found a palapa or a tree at every beach we went to so it wasn't an issue. The 2 pools on property were hardly ever used(my kids kept saying they had a private pool), and it was a very quiet and safe complex. Security was friendly and we always felt safe. A couple of things that you will need to bring to the condo, or purchase immediately, would be toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags. If you plan to use the laundry, you will need detergent as well. We were able to get all these items at Ng's Supermarket, but after awhile we discovered Superfoods which is the best market around. I would highly recommend Fayttiani's beautiful condo. With a car, we found it to be the perfect launching spot for exploring the island. It's also a short walk to the Palm Beach area. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

First trip to Aruba great stay

Did a lot of research online for months looking at the best places to enjoy 8 days in Aruba. The Palm Beach area for us appeared to be it. So glad we found Fayttiani's place! The location was perfect for our needs - close enough to the beach at Palm Beach to walk, although we had a car and drove each day, great restaurants and bars very close by and the condo was very nice for a family of four needing three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fact that we had a gated community with security staff was a plus. We met some of the full time residents and all were very nice. It is a quiet community and that was important for us. We cooked dinner in a couple of nights, after making a run to the local supermarket, using kitchen appliances and the provided pots and pans and well appointed basic needs for doing so. Fayttiani responded very quickly and had everything in great shape for us when we arrived. We used the beach chairs everyday and they were very nice and comfortable. The pool on site was also good to take a dip in after a long day on the beach. Could not have asked for anything more!

The Condo (Apartment 65) was in excellent condition and was well laid out. .We were quite satisfied with the amenities that were made available to us for our use. It is a great location as relates to proximity to the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc. etc. No question I would love to stay there again and certainly would recommend your place to anyone inquiring about a place to stay. The security personnel were great and you the owner were quite accessible and were open to any concerns or needs we may have had. Thanks again for making our visit so memorable.

Fayttiani’s place is excellent!

Fayttiani’s place is great. It has everything you’d expect in a furnished apartment and more. Restaurants and groceries are a short walk away. It’s an easy walk to Palm Beach as well. The pools were fabulous. I highly recommend her apartment for your stay in Aruba!

Great condo - Great location

We had a terrific visit to Aruba staying in this condo Dec 29-Jan 3. Terrific location in a nice gated community. The unit was larger than I thought it would be and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and towels to use was super helpful. Wonderful location - we could walk to the Palm Beach area and the hotels and restaurants. A short ride to Arashi Beach as well. Staying in this condo rally made our vacation and the owner Fayttiani was so helpful with quick responses to all of our questions. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect for our family of five!

We were very impressed with this wonderful condo! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The A/C worked wonderfully and there was one in every room. It was adequately supplied with everything we need and extremely conveniently located. The beach, shopping, restaurants, markets, and anything we wanted was just a couple minutes or less away. We loved the gated community and the security was fantastic. They would even walk around the property on a regular basis to make sure everything was safe. We had our twin five-year-old daughters and our nine-year-old daughter and we always felt safe. The pools and grounds are very well kept and lovely. Thank you!

It was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The apartment was nice and convenient to the hotels, beaches and restaurants. It was nice being able to spread out with extra rooms and bathrooms. Very nice and very friendly complex, island. Can't wait to come back.

Great condo, great location.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with lots of space (3 bedrooms and bathrooms) and lovely to look out into the courtyard with the pool. The location was great, not far to walk to Palm beach and many restaurants etc during the evening. The neighbours in the condo were mainly retired visitors. I was concerned the children would disturb everyone, but the neighbours were all very friendly and gave great advice where to visit! The pools in the main courtyard we left alone for the most part so that we didn't disturb the residents too much. We mainly used the large pool in the club house area which had a great pool and a slide which was very popular with the children! The owner was easy to deal with and answered questions in a timely manner. We were concerned that we were not doing everything we needed to do when handing the condo back when the trip was over (e.g. washing sheets/towels, or leaving them), so some improved instructions for guests would be good. This was a great vacation :)

we purchased this home summer 2017 we fell in love with the location, its very close to the famous palm beach area, restaurants, bars and shopping center etc. its a very small community, quiet with security.
