OSBORN12 - Brand NEW townhouse style duplex unit in the beachside community of Osborn Dunes located in the old Camp Osborn area of South Mantoloking! On site parking for 2 cars plus covered area with outdoor seating and grill. Private beach access with lifeguard, coastal theme property has a bright & sunny open concept and checks every box! Fully stocked kitchen, wifi, laundry on top level with all of the bedrooms, beach chairs, toys, board games - you name it! Available weekly!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
