Your unforgettable getaway starts here.
Modern Mountain Retreat with Breathtaking Views, Luxurious Amenities, and Unforgettable Outdoor Living
Welcome to your dream getaway—an architecturally striking, newly built modern home completed in 2025. Nestled in the heart of the Colorado wilderness and perfectly positioned to capture sweeping 180-degree views of majestic Pikes Peak and the gently rolling hillsides adorned with shimmering aspen groves, this home is where contemporary design meets the serenity of nature.
Outdoor Living – Nature’s Luxury Playground
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the home’s stunning outdoor spaces, thoughtfully designed to blend high-end comfort with the surrounding natural beauty. The home sits atop a gently sloping lot, giving way to layered outdoor living areas that are as functional as they are awe-inspiring.
Up on the back deck, enjoy the comfort of deep-cushioned seating perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. A premium gas grill stands ready for alfresco dining, while a large hot tub invites you to soak under the stars after a day of mountain adventure. The deck wraps around to take full advantage of the panoramic views—sunrises cresting over the peaks, the golden flutter of aspen leaves in fall, and the timeless expanse of wilderness all year round.
Just a few steps down, a lower patio beckons with yet another level of relaxation. This area features a rustic yet modern barrel sauna, allowing you to sweat out your stresses while enjoying tranquil views through a glass wall. Near the front a cozy fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs offers the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows, storytelling, or simply unwinding beneath the canopy of stars.
Interior – Sophisticated, Warm, and Professionally Designed
Step inside through a grand vaulted front entrance and be instantly swept away by the professionally designed interiors, integrating art and function. Every detail has been curated to create a space that feels both modern and warm, with natural textures, rich colors, and stylish furnishings throughout.
The home’s open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Expansive windows line the entire back wall, framing postcard-worthy views of the mountains and letting in abundant natural light throughout the day. A striking slate and cast iron fireplace anchors the living room, surrounded by cozy seating and stocked firewood, perfect for curling up after a long day of outdoor fun.
Nearby, a powder room off the kitchen offers added convenience for guests.
The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, with high-end stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, a spacious island with seating, and every utensil, pot, and pan you might need—fully stocked and ready for use. Whether you're preparing a full meal or just enjoying a casual breakfast, this space is both functional and beautiful.
Main-Level Primary Suite – Your Private Sanctuary
The main level also features a spacious primary bedroom that exudes luxury and calm. A plush king-size bed invites deep sleep, while a large smart TV offers the perfect spot for winding down. Wake each morning to mountain views right from your pillow. The ensuite bathroom rivals a five-star spa, complete with dual vanities, heated tile floors, a walk-in glass shower, and upscale finishes throughout.
Lower Level – Entertainment and Unique Sleeping Spaces
Venture downstairs to discover a full walkout lower level packed with entertainment and cozy sleeping options. The centerpiece is a large game room, complete with a foosball table, big-screen TV, and a cozy game table ideal for cards, board games, or puzzles. It’s a lively, comfortable space designed for families and friends to gather, laugh, and connect.
Off the game room, enter the “Tree Room”, an imaginative and serene bedroom inspired by the surrounding forest. Painted in deep, calming green with hand-picked décor that echoes the forest around, this room features a luxurious king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a quiet office nook with a desk—perfect for remote work or creative writing with a view.
A beautifully appointed full bathroom with heated tile floors sits nearby, thoughtfully designed with a split-door layout to allow multiple guests to use the space comfortably and privately at once.
Finally, the bunk room is a kids’ (or kids-at-heart’s) dream, featuring custom queen-over-queen bunk beds with high-end mattresses, games, and enough space to spread out. Perfect for a family with children or a group of friends looking to maximize their stay.

Cautionary Notes (Please Read)!
We do NOT accept check-in or check-out on holidays.
Pets
We will allow pets who qualify. Please message us before booking for our pet policy to see if your pets qualify. Currently we only allow dogs. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners’ extra time to keep the space fresh for future guests.
Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity.
The roads require 4WD for November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that the dirt roads in the neighborhood are bumpy!
There is no air conditioning unit here. It is very rare in our county to have one installed in a house (even brand-new builds!) The nights are cool in the summer, so to cool the house off, you can open all the windows at night, then close them during the day, and you stay cool! Fans are provided to help blow the cool air through the home.
We are at 9,400 feet in elevation — altitude sickness can occur but you can do things to prevent it and alleviate symptoms including, taking a day to rest when you arrive, drink extra water and stay well hydrated (avoiding alcohol will help).
