- No parties or events. Please note the total number of guests listed on your reservation is the maximum permitted occupancy at all times during your stay.
- Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (no use of outdoor space or backyard patio during these hours). Please use good judgment and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinances if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- No same-day local guests without prior approval.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
- Guests are kindly asked to start a load of laundry with the towels and to take out the trash upon check out.
- Please use the kitchen sink responsibly. Eggshells, dry beans, nuts, coffee grounds, and other hard substances should be put in the trash, not the sink.
- Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, or other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues to our plumbing at the guest`s expense.
- Furniture, fixtures, and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly.
- Garage is not permitted for use during guest stays.
- Mailbox is not permitted for use during guest stays.
- Please do not set the thermostat under 68 degrees in order to prevent the unit from freezing.
- Trash Removal: Please be advised that upon checkout all trash should be removed from the property and the condition restored to that upon check-in. This includes the removal of all trash and waste products in the kitchen, bathroom, and any outdoor areas. Failure to remove such trash will result in a $50-100 charge.
