A great location with convenient amenities and an excellent value. Very close to the metro, thoughtful features like power transformer and full-size bath towels, exceptional host who shows concern for his guests' comfort. We've stayed in two of Charles' condos and found them clean and inviting. Water is hot and pressure strong, AC works great, clean sheets and comfortable bed make for a relaxing stay. Functional kitchen with ample glassware and cutlery. Washing machine was a great convenience during our two-week stay. It is Gangnam, so there is street noise, but it's muffled and earplugs will block everything if you're a light sleeper. Many, many great restaurants within walking distance, a Daiso less than a block away, and an excellent coffee shop in the building. Thia is a great find and Charles was a truly outstanding host, highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Gangnam officetel. It was a good size, close to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, trendy spots, etc. The built in closet and fridge was spacious and held a lot of stuff. There's also a cute coffee shop next to the officetel. I was able to work comfortably on my various projects thanks to the hi-speed internet. My favorite part of my stay was it was only a 2 minute walk from Seolleung Station and two stations away from Gangnam station, so it was easy to get to a lot of places.Charles was a great host. He was very communicative, kind, and helpful. For example, because I came to Korea around Chuseok time, I couldn't get my bedsheets cleaned due to the long holiday. Charles took it upon himself to purchase new sheets for me and hand delivered it to my officetel. That was much appreciated. Whenever I didn't understand something, he was quick to assist or clarify. I highly recommend this VRBO Stay to anyone who's planning on visiting Korea for work or pleasure.

This neighborhood is right in the heart of Gangnam with 2 major subway lines going in every direction (N/S/E/W). Since it is next to a major boulevard, taxis and buses are also readily available. COEX with its City Air Terminal and direct buses to and from the airport, and underground shopping mall with international food court is also only minutes away by foot and 1 stop away by subway. The immediate vicinity of your building is lively with many restaurants, coffee shops, and a vibrant energy. Emart is only a 15 minute walk away and there are many convenience stores right next to your building.

This property is unique due to a combination of the unbeatable location, super affordable price, thoughtful amenities (eg. large desk, electric plug converters for US and other type plugs) and tasteful decor. The building itself has a coffeeshop in the first floor and is less than a 5 min walk away from the subway station. Finally, I provide a personal touch to any and all of your hosting needs.^^
