Apartamento moderno, nuevo y muy acogedor de 110 s. metro. con una magnífica vista en el quinto piso de un magnífico edificio ubicado en uno de los suburbios VIP más famosos del sur de Atenas, Glyfada, ¡conocido por las playas limpias, la vida nocturna y las compras!
El acceso al apartamento se logra con un código de seguridad, único para cada visitante o residente. Hay una amplia sala de estar con una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, horno microondas, cafetera (espresso, café con filtro, etc.) El gran sofá se puede convertir en 2 camas individuales. Hay 3 dormitorios principales con camas que se pueden usar como individuales o dobles según las necesidades de los inquilinos. También hay una cuna y una silla para bebés bajo petición. Hay dos baños con bañera y cabina de hidromasaje en consecuencia. También se proporciona una lavadora. La amplia terraza amueblada es ideal para relajarse. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado, un panel solar de agua caliente, conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita y un televisor plano inteligente con una variedad de canales griegos e internacionales. El transporte al aeropuerto está disponible bajo petición. Trato de bienvenida tradicional griego de "ouzo", "raki" y vino!
El área es tranquila y segura. Glyfada short stay

Extremely well appointed apartment, our gracious Host Ms Chondrodouka was on hand to welcome us and provided us with a wealth of information on the amenities and particulars of the property as well as the area. Her attention to detail is reflected in every corner of the apartment and that all contributed to a fantastic stay for us and our family especially the little ones. We would certainly stay there another time and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Could not have been more pleased with unit or hostess!!

Starting with a question or two prior to making the reservation and continuing all the way to our departure, Olga was exceptionally responsive to every contact and every need! We discovered the first day that the coffee carafe had a hairline crack and was leaking. Olga brought us a new one the same day! The apartment is as described—well designed and appointed with thought given to every detail. There was plenty of hot water, plenty of clean towels, towels for the beach, a well equipped kitchen though we did not make much use of it. And a highlight was the large balcony on the fifth floor which gave views to the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. The location is worth mentioning as well. It’s a short drive to both the free beach used by locals as well as the thriving nightlife and shopping of Glyfada, an upscale suburb of Athens. I would not hesitate a second to return to this apartment and highly recommend it, the hostess (Olga, who speaks excellent English also), or its location!!

Fantastic apartmemt

This apartment is absolutely stunning. It’s clean and very spacious. The host is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The location is great, just minutes from restaurants and bars by car. She has many amenities not even a hotel can offer. It has a terrace and a nice balcony in the back of the apartment as well. The kitchen has anything you need to cook and make coffee! I can’t say enough about this apartment. Thanks Olga for everything, you’re the best!

Was A Gem of A Stay in Athens

Let me just start off by saying, this place is FANTASTIC! For one, the apartment is big, spacious, clean and creatively furnished. Olga, the owner is a big reason why our stay was so amazing. She is a tremendously hospitable host. Not only is she very attentive and great with communications, she took the time to reach out to me ahead of time and asked me a few questions about my kids as she wanted to make them some gifts and make them feel comfortable. When we arrived, Olga was very thoughtful and personally showed us all the amenities of her home. She even went out of her way to arrange one of her rooms to work for our 3 children. Then she gave our children some handmade bracelets that she made for them in their favorite colors. Olga is extremely thoughtful and kinds and immediately made our children feel comfortable and at ease. We had 7 family members traveling to Athens and we were extremely comfortable for our entire stay. She has tons of things to do for the kids, games for adults, nice TV and she stocked items for us to use like coffee (different varieties), cream and cold water. It was just really nice. If we are able to travel back to Athens, we would definitely stay with Olga without an hesitation. Thank you Olga for an amazing stay!

Perfect place in Glyfada

I booked this place because of a family emergency and its walking distance from the hospital. During this tough time, staying here has been a great gift. It's not only close to the hospital, it's very clean and made with a lot of thought. The area is safe and is a relaxing place to come back to. And you can see the ocean from the bedroom's balcony. Olga has been super kind and responsive. Because this trip had to be extended and because this place has been a haven, this was the only place I wanted stay in. And so I'm here an additional nine days. Highly recommend staying here. Additional review after extending stay: A really great place to stay in. It feels like a home. Very clean, great amenities, comfy beds and a safe neighborhood. The host, Olga, is so kind and attentive and a positive energy. So thankful to have found this place and met Olga.

Perfect in every sense of the word! Spectacular place

I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is. Olga has gone over and beyond in putting everything perfectly in this unit and everything you think you may need. Her attention to detail and hospitality is second to none. Highly recommend. The views are wonderful and the location also perfect. Hope to come back and will tell my friends about it! Gorgeous apartment with very helpful owner!

We had a very spacious apartment for our short visit to Athens. "Your home " is a very nice place to stay. Brand new, with handmade furniture, beautifully done! Extremely clean, with kitchen, rooms and toilets fully equipped with all necessary. Comfortable beds, nice sea view from the bedrooms. The neighbourhood was pretty safe and quiet with shops and some restaurants in walking distance. Olga was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!!

Παρα πολυ ωραιο διαμερισμα με υπεροχη αισθητικη . Φενεται αμεσως οτι προκειτε για σπιτι που φτιαχτηκε για ιδιωτικη χρηση και οχι για εμπορικη .η διακοσμιση φοβερη και τοσο προσεγμενη στην λεπτομερεια της που στο τελος φευγοντας σου μενει η αισθηση οτι φιλοξενηθηκες απο φιλους στο σπιτι τους . Θεμα καθαριοτητας ..πεντακαθαρο .. απλα αψογο

Great apartment, great host!!

The neighbourhood is very safe, the apartment is very close to super market, bakery, cafe , bank etc and close to metro station and bus. It's on the 5th floor of the building with nice view to the sea and mountain and is also very safe as you have your own 4 digit code in order to get in. All these handmade furniture and decoration is so beautiful...we were really impressed! Big apartmet cozy , very clean and comfortable makes you feel at home...Very well equipped has everything you may need during your stay and much more...Olga is very kind, friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

a cosy stylish home

Olga's house is amazing and just as expected. It is spacious and so thoughtfully decorated- her artistic touch was much appreciated. The check in process was so easy, and Olga was so easy to communicate with- she was available and flexible with all times, and shared recommendations for some great places to visit. The space was also spotless and the beds were very comfy. we thorough enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back!!

The whole furniture, lighting and decoration are handmade by me, most of them from recycled wood and some restored or new. So they are unique pieces made with love and passion! The apt is very cosy, with a lot of amenities and " it feels like home".
