Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: Gym pool, convenience store's and coffee shop, tennis court, conference room

From listed under beach essentials we do provide beach chairs and umbrella, but not beach towels,



From listed under cooking essentials we do provide all basic needed, but not oil paper and salt



Please be informed that building is running construction company to installing the new soundproof windows.



The unit may be need for workers to use from inside from 9 am till 2 pm on installation day. Delaying the entry to the unit will cause a delay in the project.

We also understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 12 PM or $100 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let me know in chat prior.





Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) will be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for regular packages.



- The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 am until 8 pm.

- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.

- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours (for one time).

- Luggage drop-off is available with a front desk before check -in, please ask front desk person

- Trash chute located at the both end of the hallway.



-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

- Bedding and towels,

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent , (all you need extra, you can purchase at convenient mini store downstairs )



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit per your request and fixes it within 24 hours.
