The room was clean. Unfortunately, the HVAC unit in our room was broken and not able to be repaired during our stay. The hotel was also out of soap. However, the staff was very accommodating, especially since the hotel was very full. parking was easy and the rate was very reasonable. There’s a nice fitness facility which I wasn’t expecting.

Great to have the garage on site. Very convenient location for Longwood, art museum. Breakfast was pathetic.

Biggest issue: hotel rooms had no windows facing the outdoors. Instead, windows opened into hallways.Felt like such a strange design.When my husband ordered a merlot at the hotel bar, the bar tender didn't know if that was a red or white wine. When we told her it was red, she initially began looking in the refrigerator for it. Included breakfast was limited. They ran out of what few items they had early. Someone literally stole the last croissant from under my son's nose. Coffee was decent.Exercise room also very limited.Good parts--hotel was clean and we liked the location as we could walk to Fenway Park.

Overall, the property was severely lacking. The only thing could be worse would be sleeping in my car. There are no dressers to put your clothes away. The entire property is dimly lit. I had no phone in my room to contact the front desk. There are no restaurants on property although I was told there was. My room was not made up therefore I lacked towels a fresh bed. Garbage cans ended up being overflowed with no liners. I could go on, but I think you get the point that is this is a subpar property. check-in was slow as well as checking out the breakfast that was provided consisted of cold cereal, cheese, and a choice of everything bagels. Other hotels usually provide waffles English muffins and eggs. The reader should be aware that this is the first negative evaluation I have given to any hotel. I seem to be able to tolerate one or two flaws, but this was beyond the number of flaws that I can accept.
