Dale was very pleasant to work with. The place had everything that was needed and more. Very clean, beds are comfortable and it is an easy location to get to from I29. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Prairie Haven is a home away from home! The beds are lush, the coffee machine waiting to serve you and the fireplace waiting to be lit in the winter, or porch ready to be enjoyed in the summer. The host, Dale, is welcoming and so accommodating. We will book this cozy home every time we visit Sioux Falls.

Super nice home and very clean! Appreciated the extra coffee creamers and snacks they provided. Also had several chargers around the house and in bedrooms! Great location to many things and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! House was absolutely beautiful. House was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Host had everything you could need and more. You can tell host takes pride in property and is meticulous. This was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in.

We have used VRBO for years and this is maybe the best one yet. Everything was perfect about the house and property. The owner was super nice and very attentive to our needs. Everything worked properly and the appliances were very nice and high end. The owner did a lot of little things like having kcups, tea, snacks and water that put this over the top. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home for a family stay

Our family was impressed by this new beautiful home. Loved the beautiful primary bedroom and bathroom. Spacious kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the chess, checkers and tic/tac/toe table. There were also lots of thoughtful touches with charging cords/outlets and the snacks and water provided if you need a little something. Nice after a day of travel. Communication with the host was outstanding. Dale was very responsive and flexible to accommodate a special request to store a piece of furniture in the garage to protect it from the rain. Centrally located with easy access to the interstate and other local attractions.

I grew up in Sturgis South Dakota. My wife grew up in Salem South Dakota. We are retired and I think hosting a house is our midlife crisis. We had no idea that we would enjoy it this much we have been pretty much self-employed with our last project was the building of four homes which these last two decided to keep and make short term rentals about a year ago. I kind of got into woodworking. so in the house you’ll see a chess board coffee table that I made as you enter the home, you’ll see a little sit down bench that I made.

This neighborhood is pretty tough to beat if you enjoy just sitting out watching traffic go by this probably is not the property for you. We have a very quiet neighborhood we are located on a 3 Block Private St. close to I 29 Denny, Sanford, sports and concert venues less than a mile from Avera Hospital a blocking in half from a 27 mile bike trail maybe six minutes from the falls four minutes from the zoo and within about five minutes of fantastic place to eat and within blocks of probably five little casinos, they’re really does not get any better than this and we await for the Amazon delivery van to drive-by are probably the two most exciting things that happen in our neighborhood And the best part is, we are only minutes from everything entertainment Sioux Falls fantastic downtown Events and of course, maybe not world famous But the Sioux Falls waterfalls it’s just a fantastic city in the home. You’ll find a book of our favorite places, great food, great entertainment, and all kinds of special events always we want you to have a fantastic stay

I know I keep bragging about the house being new but you know it’s extremely clean .There’s a couple of things that makes his property I think unique it’s location we are on a three large block private Street, which makes it avery quiet safe neighborhood we do have I’m not sure if it’s one or two Prairie dogs they live close by somewhere If you have children, we hope you get a chance to see them .though they are very quick and the other day we had a wild turkey walk-through the yard and about a week ago we had a deer walk on the corner of the property and we are actually in the city of Sioux Falls, and being so close to I 29 and the downtown area. It’s just a little odd to see the deer in the turkeys that close to downtown I don’t know just kind of unique
