The Space:
Two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a full bed, bedding and ample storage, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. A bathroom featuring a large shower stall and essential toiletries for your convenience. An inviting living space that blends comfort and functionality, complete with a cozy seating area and a smart TV for your entertainment.
A modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy the small patio area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation under the stars.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to whole guest house in back. If someone is staying in the front house, then you will be limited to street parking (we will let you know if that's the case). There is always a plethora of street parking available, and we haven't had any problems with break-ins.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes from Midtown's dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions, this location offers the best of both worlds. You'll be near:
- Steps to Liberty Park/Stadium/MSEC
- Cooper-Young Historic District
- Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo
- Local coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants
- Easy access to downtown Memphis and Beale Street

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Please be respectful of neighborhood and anyone staying in back house.
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. Please try to enjoy the Memphis Charm :)
