I have been vacationing almost yearly in Scottburgh since I was 3 years old! Nestled along South Africa’s lush South Coast, it offers the perfect blend of laid-back charm and coastal adventure. From early morning strolls on the golden beach to watching dolphins play in the waves, there’s a magic here that’s hard to put into words.
The neighborhood itself is peaceful and friendly—along the high street are quaint cafés, and enticing local shops. I love the sense of community, the sound of the surf in the evenings, and how the ocean breeze and incredible sea views puts everyone instantly at ease. Hosting here feels like sharing a slice of calm with people who need it most.
