Please keep your keys and access cards safe at all times
Lost keys or access cards incur a fee of 1,000 AED

Only registered guests may stay overnight
No visitors after 10:00 PM
Please respect the maximum occupancy

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music or parties allowed

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking, shisha, or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
You may use the balcony as the designated smoking area.Please ensure the balcony door remains closed while smoking.
A 5,000 AED fine will apply for any smoking inside the apartment.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Treat the apartment as your own
Report any damages immediately
Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request (additional fee applies)
