All the comforts of home- 3 bedrooms and beautiful kitchen to share with family or friends. Close to town and walking distance to the Arts District, Old Port and waterfront. Enjoy the best of Portland!

We are located in Portland’s historic West End. We have a spacious, sunny three-bedroom apartment available for your use.
Great location - no car necessary! Close to all the fun Portland has to offer!
The apartment is blocks away from the Arts District, Portland Museum of Art, Civic Center, Hadlock Field, art galleries, delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The Old Port, ferry terminal and farmer’s market is about a 15-minute walk. Rent bikes from the bike shop around the corner to explore the City and nearby trails. Or go explore Casco Bay on kayaks or paddle boards from the East End Beach, 2 miles from our house.
The apartment has several historic features and includes an elegant living room, dining room, and beautiful kitchen with slate sink, marble countertop island, and dishwasher. There are three very cozy bedrooms which include a queen bed, full bed and second queen bed. Simple bathroom with a shower/tub and pedestal sink.

• We don’t provide breakfast but can recommend some truly delicious local restaurants that won’t disappoint, regardless of how big your appetite! Also the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher- so you can whip up your own favorites.
• Free advice to all our favorite local places too!
• We are happy to try to accommodate last minute rentals and late arrivals. Contact us to see what we can do!
• Although we love dogs and cats, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Thank you for understanding.
• No smoking anywhere on the premises.
• One off-street parking spot included and available in nearby lot. Street parking also available for additional vehicles.
Noise- **Please note: Portland is growing address it’s housing shortage. A construction project is finishing across the street. Work happens primarily 7-5 M-F, and sometimes Saturdays beginning at 8am. It may cause some disruption. We apologize in advance for excess noice or any inconvenience.**
Guests have full access to the front foyer, the apartment and shared access to the washer/ dryer located in the basement.
We live upstairs, so we are easy to contact if needed. You can reach me easily through the app. Please reach out with any questions.
The West End is an amazing city neighborhood, full of delicious cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, historic homes, and beautiful tree lined streets. We have our fill of playgrounds, pocket parks, and views. It is blocks from the Arts District and a short walk to the Old Port.
I`d recommend walking as much as you can, there`s so much nearby. However it is worth planning to use another mode of transportation as well because you`ll be able to see so much more by bike or car. Uber, Lyft, Taxi`s are also fairly affordable from the airport, bus station, train station or the Old Port, however they can be am hard to find on busy late nights.
A few nights a month street parking is unavailable. Please be sure to note parking signs. Nearby Spring Street parking garage can accommodate overnight parking.
As noted, Portland is growing address it’s housing shortage. A new construction project has started across the street. Work happens primarily 7-3 M-F. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You will be given an internet password, please keep this confidential.
