• BEDROOMS • Each bedroom is designed for rest and recharge, featuring soft linens, ambient lighting, and minimalist decor with a touch of character. Bedroom 1 – Located at the rear for added privacy, this room features a Queen bed, vintage rug, nightstands, and a dedicated desk space—perfect for remote work. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 – At the front of the apartment, this stylish bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed, cozy throw pillows, and plenty of natural light. (Sleeps 2) Fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows provided for every guest.
• BATHROOM • The modern full bathroom features a clean, neutral design with black-and-white tile accents and a large walk-in shower. Included amenities: ✔ Towels (bath + hand) ✔ Shampoo & body wash ✔ Hairdryer ✔ Mirror & vanity lighting

• KITCHENETTE & DINING • The compact kitchenette is tucked beside the living area for easy access, perfect for preparing small meals or quick snacks.
There’s also a casual counter-height table with stools—ideal for a quick bite or evening drinks.
• WORKSPACE • Need to work while traveling? The back bedroom includes a quiet work area with a desk and chair, offering privacy and peace to stay productive.

• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the building. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
•DAMAGE WAIVER AND GUEST LIABILITY: All direct bookings include participation in our Accidental Damage Waiver Program. This program is not insurance, but a limited waiver of liability provided in exchange for a non-refundable fee paid with your reservation. This waiver is offered on the condition that all accidental damage is reported to Elevate Vacation Rentals prior to check-out. Failure to report damage may result in full financial responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements.
•NON-REFUNDABLE CARD PROCESSING FEE: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) will be deducted from the refunded amount and is non-refundable.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler`s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
