This cozy first-floor apartment offers two comfortable king-sized beds for a restful stay. Street parking is available, or you can secure a spot in a public lot just a 5-minute walk away. Located in an older building, the apartment is simple and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. While it's not a luxury unit, it’s perfect for those seeking a straightforward, no-frills stay in a convenient location.

Situated in a friendly multifamily building, this space offers the convenience of a single-level layout—no stairs to climb. With 5 rooms, including a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, you’ll have everything you need for a hassle-free visit.
While the building and the apartment may be a bit older, it’s clean, well-kept, and offers all the essentials for a functional stay. The two king-sized memory foam mattresses are a guest favorite—known for their comfort, these are the same high-quality beds I use across all of my properties.
The furniture and finishes are simple, with no bells and whistles, but they’re comfortable and practical for your needs. You’ll also have access to a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. This is a great space if you’re looking for a solid, uncomplicated place to stay—nothing fancy, just a comfortable home base during your travels!
The apartment is exclusively yours with its own entrance so throughout your stay you can enjoy the space without being interrupted!
